I think I still have some lingering sympathy for gays who insist they just want to be left alone to be gay, but if that were really true, than I wouldn’t know they were gay, right?
It’s not really normal for anyone to flaunt details about their sexuality. Like you could infer I’m hetero because most of the time I’m out of the house, I have a wife and kids in tow. But when I was single, it’s not like I’d wear a fucking t shirt letting people know.
So I kinda have to conclude that being openly gay is a step on a path and not an end point. They were already gay and somewhat normal, but they’re now compelled to be gay and tell society to expect escalation. And that ought to be enough to make people question how good of an idea it is to let them adopt kids.
