They had a guy who stated on camera that alcohol makes him go crazy, probably has a whole host of professionally diagnosed mental issues, they let him drink in an uncontrolled way, then ditched him to lie in his filth in a laundry room whereas a real production would have full klaxons sounding and red lights flashing and "cover your ass" actions going on days ago.
Have you ever seen reality t.v.?

If Jon's family wants to file suit (and they may be able to do it on his behalf depending on certain factors) at this point, they'd probably be able to win something. Now they wouldn't get shit because this ain't Hollywood and a completely fly by night company like Sam's probably couldn't afford the correct type of production insurance for this whole deal, given the amount they're bitching about for the streaming costs.
File a lawsuit for him being hungover? Him willingly drinking and being hungover? You're actually fucking retarded. There is something about Sam that attracts the dumbest people on this website.

If Jon's autism is this bad then why did his family even let him on this show? And why does he have those male modeling pics. Dude did semi-professional modeling work while he's this tarded. I've known guys like Jon and most of them end up as ticket stub rippers and grocery baggers and cart pushers. Jon's sister spams producers to take him to the hospital for a bad hangover but his family wasn't freaking out when they got literal guns pointed at them during the swatting?
Not sure which page the SWAT drama started on, but his sister did post about being worried about him when that happened.

It really stuck with me because I tried to imagine how stressful it must be to see your special needs brother in the middle of this shitshow. It would break my heart.

I'm going to ask two things of users here moving forward,

Limit Thirstposting. No one cares which stinky maladjusted ape you are attracted to. Posts specifically to fetishize the tards should be reported..
Use Chat. Fishtank's thread moves very quickly. Posts made should have context that can be understood in a year from now. Live commentary belongs in chat.

I'm aware new users can't use chat right away. I'll see if I can do something about that for tomorrow. I'll also place these in the OP.

Sorry to be a buzzkill or whatever, I know tard sex is a big Internet meme right now, but it's kinda fucking gross and you already have /tv/ for that.
Could you implement a way to filter posts by attachment?

Damiel once again providing that sick eye catching, attention pulling, seat gripping mind blowing action packed content that defined his rise from the dead.

You do realize that "In the end he suffered no permanent physical damage" doesn't excuse you from liability? Yes, Jon is fine right now. The production company placed him at extreme risk, however, and did shit that no insurance policy would cover for and it's all there on camera. If Jon's family wants to file suit (and they may be able to do it on his behalf depending on certain factors) at this point, they'd probably be able to win something. I do realize I'm debating with a bunch of Zoomers only slightly less sheltered and retarded than the ones we're watching on camera, but this isn't a bunch of friends live-streaming their antics. This is technically an entertainment production of a for profit business, with contracted employees (the fish). There are outside rules and regulations that have to be followed, or you leave yourself open for a legal reaming, and last night's show demonstrated that the legal due diligence is 100% as slipshod, unprofessional and fly by night as the technical side is, and given the nature of the production, it's all fucking documented, which is as lulzy as it gets.
Giving someone above the age of 21 beer is not creating "extreme risk."

just a couple weeks ago one of the people on jersey shore spent half the episode retching into a toilet from a hangover. you have zero idea what you're talking about lol

Maybe make a separate tard thirst thread?

Does anyone else find Letty's laugh annoying as fuck? Nothing against her, but that little "ehehehehe" or "mhmhmhmh" laugh she always does sounds so painfully forced
I've been thinking about it a lot, I think it might be compulsive actually. Like a tic. Which makes it no less annoying, but she does it after literally 80% of her sentences.

It isn't illegal to be retarded in the United States
I wasn't implying that he needs to be institutionalized because he clearly isn't low functioning. I'm just pondering his family situation out loud. he clearly needs some degree of wrangling and I'm just wondering why his family let him go on a 24/7 Livestream bullying internet show.

Some beers he chose to have himself and a hangover are extreme risk? Okay buddy. Go ahead and shoot me a message when Jon gets his dollars and I'll apologize and admit I was wrong.
He chose to drink all that shit himself bro
Again, he wasn't at a bar, frathouse or a liquor store, he's taking part in an entertainment production. The rules are different, both in how the alcohol is provided, the level of insurance policy and required practices in said policy. Allowing participants to consume enough alcohol to experience significant inebriation would require production insurance in the high six figure, low seven figure mark, and would require constant required monitoring of actions and state.

Just look at actual reality shows. Even minor injuries cause a dead halt to whatever action is on-going while the person is inspected by a medical team and the injured party has to sign waivers at some point shortly thereafter before they go back in. For movies and other non-reality shows, injuries mean dead halt in filming 99% of the time until the issue is resolved.

Yes it's autistic. All legal and liability shit is hyper-autistic. But ignore it at your financial peril. You'll get away with it often enough, but it will eventually get you. Especially if you film it 24/7 in front of a live audience.
