Im speculating that all people that appeared around him when he started full time podcasting are his handlers (espec the tone guy correcting him nonstop), and they're all working for some agency that manages people, sent to indoctrinate him and keep him in check.
He has huge media influence, especially on elementary school kids, and its a valued potential that needs to be instrumentalized.
Old Ethan was 100% opposite to this now, there was a short period where he even made some political statements criticizing the left, CNN and so on. Which in my opinion is nowhere nearly as bad as mocking someone because of the loss of a loved one.

Nathan is truly a freak, and I would say this is evident by him posting this video. He's tasted some notoriety through Creater Clash, and it immediately goes to his head.
