I think this is the plot twist where I put up my hands and say I've had enough. When Chris was chimping out over his original content comics, I could laugh along - but this is deeply disturbing in a way reserved for Videodrome or something.

Like, I feel sympathy for his compounding mental illness but what he's going through physically is so fucking revolting I can't even express the disgust.

All of this is so dark no matter how you look at it.

I highly doubt contacting Barb will do any good if you are just someone random asshole on the internet, she has no reason to trust you even if someone was still home upstairs. She doesn't look to be in any state to help Chris. Only Chris can save himself/herself, there reaches a point where you need to either face the reality of your situation and adapt or die (Unless he gets deemed legally incompetent).

I'll leave it to the medicalfags to do the analyses of his current state of health. Knowing Chris he is going to keep denying his current state of health until it starts really fucking hurting forcing him to go see a doctor. He is too far gone for reason to reach him.

I don't want to see Chris die, but he is not a candidate for living to a ripe old age, unfortunately. His parents didn't teach him the life skills to live independently, he has no respect for his own body, he doesn't respect anybody except maybe Barb, he has no social skills, and he is too prideful to genuinely ask for help on how to get his shit together (he can beg for money). I really am not trying to alog here, but the outlook for Chris is not good. He is not going to pass away right over night but I don't think he is going to live to see his forties unless he gets some serious intervention.

There's literally no one you can contact right now that will care or be able to do anything.
