Out of curiosity I looked up the threads of KF's "victims" and couldn't find anything remotely close to what people described. Was very redpilling to see that this place wasn't full of psychopathic hackers but instead was just a place where people reposted information that was already publicly available and actually had enlightening discussions about it.

Nobody stole Tony's diary and leaked his drug history to the site. He extensively documented his own drug use in excruciating detail for internet clout. Tony was convicted of third degree felony fraudulent practices (for selling FAKE illegal drugs) rather than a crime under Florida's drug control statutes because the MDMA charge was dropped as the drugs weren't real. So he's a convicted fake drug felon and a fraud besides.

Someone I know had fairly major elective surgery that kept them in the hospital for a few days. They brought their phone but they said they never even picked up the phone. They are pretty terminally online too. Staring at the wall for literally hours was about all they could concentrate on, they didn't really even speak to - or notice - their spouse who was there every day. Their memories of the whole stay are very foggy for the most part. Like they remember bits of conversation, but generally it's one long vague blur until they were waiting for pickup outside the hospital.

It's definitely him: the name, DOB, and date and county of arrest all match the info in the OP.

As seen on page 2, he was ultimately found guilty of trying to sell a substance in lieu of a controlled substance, which is a felony, albeit a minor one.

If we're being reaaallllly nitpicky about it, Tony's correct in saying that he doesn't have a drug felony in that he wasn't convicted for possessing or dealing an actual controlled substance (assuming the wording "drug felony" implies the same), but he indisputably has a drug-related felony record, even if a rather weaksauce one. And non-lawyer me is willing to bet that would be enough to undermine a libel suit if he actually tried to bring one.

The electronic record I obtained is not certified, but Jeffrey Carl or any other interested party can obtain a certified copy via mail from the same link as above (allowing 6–7 business days processing time) using the same name, DOB, etc., as shown above. If, hypothetically, one were interested in such information, of course.

This law firm's site defines private figures as "ordinary individuals who have not sought out the public spotlight or thrust themselves into the discussion of highly public and contentious issues", by which standard Tony would seem to be the very opposite of a private figure, but IANAL. Maybe one of our legal kiwis can weigh in.

It's irrelevant, there's no need to upgrade Tony to "public figure" because he's not being defamed in any way. It's not defamation to correctly say that he has a felony drug conviction and was ordered not to wear his wife's clothes. The "NUH UH TECHNICALLY I only pled guilty and I agreed to not wear my wife's clothes!" doesn't meet the "reasonable person" standard for someone using slightly more colloquial language.

Let him sue, if it's not dismissed immediately he'll be hook for legal fees like Patirck S. Tomlinson.
