I think those are all equally plausible, that’s one of my favorite things about Dave. The possibilities behind everything he does or says are endless and they’re all equally retarded because of his obvious meth addiction and raging bpd. This is the same dude that claims his father’s lawyers have pulled him aside privately to express their horror at how dr joe treats him, and also to call their paying client stingy. Unless Dr. Joe Muscato has pulled some strings to allow him to maintain control over Danielle and refuse to allow her to be emancipated. TBH, I’d be more inclined to give money to the son who has demonstrated sufficient fiscal prudence to buy a house, who has dependents and who has a career. If he asks for money, he probably needs it. Meanwhile, the useless fat fuck in a dress who has no job, pretends to be disabled and gets arrested for drug offences is not what you’d call a worthy recipient.

The court in Tennesse was supposed to view Dave's case in April. I can no longer pull it up in the records search. Looks like it was wiped.

As for his drug charges it looks like it was ruled nolle prosequi, meaning they chose not to prosecute at the time.
