This one is a prime example of ammo cook off, a lot of very bright flames getting out by the means of easiest escape - a hatch. The lancet fucked up the barrell (and most likely whatever round was loaded) and it backfired into the turret, igniting ammo.

Orbán will stay in the EU and milk it for all the gibs he can. If the EU does turn off the gibs tap for good, that's when things go "Why would we stay?" and until that, he'll just take the money and make the most insignificant concessions to coax more money from Germoney. It's honestly the root of all modern evil and it enslaves people to such an extent that even the most basic concepts of morality become secondary. It's like some kind of drug that makes one willing to even go so far as to sacrifice children in order to get that next hit.
