He had Bam on maybe a year ago and was trying to prop up Bam as this individual on a path to redemption when he clearly wasn't even in the right mind for any of it. On top of that, he was trying to force Bam to make statements about MTV executives saying that they did nothing wrong to him and everything is in Bam's own head. Maybe that is true, but it felt bizarre like Steve-O was on the side of the bigwigs and not his supposed friend Bam. About Bam saying Steve-O and Knoxville are stealing money from skaters like Jamie Foy and I think he said Ishod by selling decks, I'm pretty sure that anyone in the market for a "Johnny-O" board is not skating in the first place. Not to derail the thread, but obviously a few people here keep up with skating, are Jamie and Ishod both as down to earth as they seem in interviews? I know it's pretty easy to put on a front, but from what I've seen and heard of them, they seem fairly humble.

skating was just another trend in the "extreme sports boom", he needs to get off his high horse as if most skaters have ever contributed anything worth placating. Tony Hawk built skateparks across the country, Shaun White won gold medals. All guys like you did was act like clowns on tv. Nobody fucking watches the X games anymore. Looks like PA does offer the SCRAM ankle bracelet that does alcohol monitoring. He'd likely be a 'good' candidate for it, but he'd fail it almost immediately.

ehhhh I don't know about the real-time tracking of them. I would imagine that most likely the device sends data to the probation officer at specific times throughout the day, triggering a visit from the PO. Like I said though previously, him even thinking about getting an ankle monitor is likely a long ways off...he's gotta survive the next year or so first. So, celebrity status aside, 9 out of 10 times when someone turns themselves in for anything under a felony usually just get a slap on the wrist compared to what they would get if they were caught. It'll probably be rolled into an AA or NA thing, which he won't complete.

while it is a shame that bam is no longer roaming the woods fucked up on meth i can accept this new arc. the fact of the matter is that bam can say he is clean all he wants but the thing about drugs especially meth is that sooner or later the effects show up and you cant hide them. so as far as bam being on meth is concerned time will tell.

it is honestly possible bam is mostly sober and just fucking crazy now from drinking his brain cells to death along side that time he was in the hospital and almost died. either way something tells me bam is running on borrowed time dudes lucky he has lived this long. its only gonna get harder from here.

Since he doesn't have a real job to go to, if Bam gets house arrest, it will literally be that. He'll have to be home 24/7 with the exception of a couple of hours a week to run errands or if he goes to a AA meeting. If he goes more than 50 yards from the sensor (plugged into the home's router) or has one beer or drink the bracelet alarm will go off. The SCRAM sensor just picks up on alcohol so I guess he could just use meth, weed, whatever but I assume he would be getting regular piss tests.
