I'm listening to Sam talk about "medicaid donut hole" claiming there is no such thing. Medicare does have a donut hole ( https://www.medicareinteractive.org...d/medicare-part-d-costs/the-part-d-donut-hole ) and medicaid is a subset of Medicare. So, it seems like the woman may have said she went onto Medicare for her cancer and that would make the donut hole a reality.

ETA: Sam even said that the woman earned so much money that she was no longer qualified for Medicaid (the needs based medical insurance for people earning under a certain amount -- AKA: Ron's tug boat for his kid.). As a cancer patient, if she was disabled, she was automatically eligible for Medicare and that definitely has a donut hole in coverage. I personally paid it for relatives for quite a number of years and it is very fucking real. (Also, a fucked up concept, since it's basically a way to cause the poor to drop dead w/out their medications)

I agree that Clara is trying to do everything she can to trigger Yaba and drag her back into court. DO NOT fall for it gorl.
