Star Wars Griefing Thread (SPOILERS) - Safety off

Man you can tell Disney is throwing a lot of weight behind the Jedi series because it's continuing their infuriating habit of barely using any actual Star Wars stuff in favor of their crappy new Canon. From the cutscenes I've watched we have hardly any aliens, especially established ones like Twileks and Rodians. Just more preschool slug monsters and brown humans. The titular Survivor being from The High Republic era is so telling. That mandate against weaving together "legends" and "canon" must be priority 1 or something.

Also Cal's master has to be one of the ugliest fucking women i have ever seen. Good lord, talk about distracting.

It's the only thing that's at least slightly interesting in this whole Disney Star Wars EU, and video games are, despite their shittiness, a booming industry. This was envisioned as a trilogy, so expect one more game.

They took Cere Junda's actress, who was already ugly, and made her uglier.

Anybody that has Arachnophobia is a fucking idiot. I get poisonous spiders but with normal ones the worst they can do is bite you with something more or less to a mosquito bite or wasp sting and that's it unless you're allergic.

Spiders are badass.

I try not to be too nitpicky when it comes to numale/dangerhair-era entertainment nowadays, since disappointment always follows in the wake of these freaks, but they just gleefully shove their excrement in our faces at this point, whilst still managing to retain plausible deniability.

Okay look, I will say, and this may be controversial, I am fine with Vader not being invincible. Anakin is a phenomenal warrior, yes but remember that his biggest Jedi killing feat had to be done in the middle of the night while all the actual warriors and Jedi masters were light-years away.

Galen Marek fucking up Vader in TFU 2 was a spectacular moment. Granted he's way cooler than anyone in the new games.

Galen Marek, Jaden Korr and Kyle Katarn can mow through an entire company of Stormtroopers without breaking a sweat and then beat the fuck out of their Dark Jedi leader, whilst Cal Kestis can't even take out a single rancor without 5 stimpacks and ten minutes of dodge-rolling.
