Extremely entitled TiF gets phallo and refuses to leave the hospital.
"I can't be discharged unless I have a single room because mah mental health!!!"

Zero sympathy for the hospital. They cut open profoundly mentally ill girls so they should have factored their entitlements in.

I would love to see the Case Management notes from this person's stay.
I hope the insurance company pores over every single note, saw deceptive intent, and refuses to reimbuse the hospital and everyone involved.

the head of the Plastic Department [...] informed me that it was “abnormal for a person of my age and health” to be referred to a facility.
No fuckin' shit, dood.

Head of Plastics, at least. I hope this is the beginning of a series of meetings about the feasibility of continuing to offer phalloplasty at their facility, due to the challenging population.

Case Management asks everyone on the planet except troons how many stairs to get into their house? Are stairs a microaggression now?

This is written like someone who hasn't experienced pain before, which is odd since she reports a previous hysterectomy. She "[became] become more fearful of pain and rejected my Lovenox shot, it’s only been a few days but these things seem to wear me down quite easily." Of course she's going to fail PT if she has to decide every day if she can handle a subcutaneous injection that burns a little bit after. This is romantic heroine languishing, or someone who's only encountered medical procedures as narrated by munchies.

No notes on refusing Miralax/whoops hard stools, other than I do enjoy some well-paced foreshadowing.

Someone should collate and curate troon/munchie narratives; it'd be educational for floor staff to see what the world is like from the POV of a PITA patient, and what makes them the way they are. She clearly thinks she's delightful.

I am not at all on the side of the health insurance industry, but I do want them to come after these special little princexxes like field mice under a steamroller.

These jerks are getting multiple poorly-planned surgeries that they can't even comprehend, with no guarantee of an improved life or even that they won't become crippled from them, on the strength of self-reported "well I feel penis-y."

Anyone who has to keep resubmitting paperwork and going through multiple phone trees for their monoclonals or their daily DME would spit. Your doctor occasionally has to submit written documentation that you still have an ostomy and it didn't just spontaneously anastomize or that your beta cells didn't just randomly grow back for the first time in history, but Ayden here can just flounce in and waste hundreds of thousands of other people's money to get a flesh chunk that she calls a penis, and a lifelong urinary tract infection.

How is your gross income 19 thousand dollars?? That's 9.25 an hour if you're working full time. No way she had a consistent job last year.
Her post history mentions having done "nursing student clinical rotations." With that income she clearly isn't employed as an RN. Best bet is she is one of those perpetual students who goes back and tries another program every couple years.

Scared of pain so refused a Lovenox shot twice. FYI that's a blood thinner to prevent deep vein thrombosis. What a retard.
This is surreal. Blood thinner injections aren’t painful. The needles are so teeny tiny thin and at the most it’s a slight burning scratch but only if you hit something. I find it really odd that she’s fine with having a wound the size of a laptop on her thigh, her genitalia mashed up and stitched together but she’s refusing a tiny little shot that’s subcutaneous and with the smallest thinnest needles imaginable. Especially as she’s doped up on opiates plus…
gabapentin along with adding Robaxin( a muscle relaxor) to my regimen. Along with the Tylenol
She must be absolutely high as a kite, and she’s refusing a blood thinner? Weird as hell. The whole screed reads as autism, and complete lack of self awareness.

Alabama is one state that does not have a state minimum wage. They fall back to federal, which is 7.25. But 19k is disgustingly little to live on.

I would love to see the Case Management notes from this person's stay. No way was the initial plan to discharge to skilled nursing after a phalloplasty, completely paid by insurance, and you know she never intended to pay out of pocket. She got her procedure done hours away from any social support; did she claim otherwise in pre-op interviews?

You make a living selling an unrealistic dream of surgery to an emotionally-unstable demographic, of course you're going to end up with a few limpets who refuse to discharge to anything but a mansion. Hope this makes the facility scrutinize subsequent phalloplasty patients' discharge plans more carefully, pre-op. Mental health and lifelong UTIs are one thing, but we can't have patients routinely overshooting their projected inpatient stay.
Was about to post that one.

Goddamn man, this broad! Has zero support, makes 19K a year, but is still too good to SHARE a room.

Nah, it’s private accommodation, week long hospital stays and hotels (she can’t afford) for this pooner! Nothing less will do!

Popping oxy’s despite having a pain level of 1-2 and coming up with some bullshit excuse as to why. Sounds like she’s one to watch.

Mentioning the “notorious smell” at least made me LOL.

Speaking of really dumb decisions with terrible long term consequences…

Great question! Can you?

IMG_0178.jpeg
Oh dear… That sounds… Bad!

IMG_0179.jpeg
Nine year post op stricture… Well what do you know! Fucking with your urinary tract can have long term consequences! The more you know!

Every time I think I've seen the rotdog I open a new spoiler. The fucking surgeon couldn't even center the damn thing?! These fucking surgeons, man. Neither ethics nor pride in their work.
Tbf, it’s placed there on purpose.

(Centering it would only make it obvious that you have a goddamn trunk on your belly, lol!)

THEORETICALLY, it’ll be gradually moved to the center and downwards.

As to how it’ll work out in practice? I’ll be very surprised if it’s as low and as central as this pooner is hoping for lol!

Another thing that bothers me with this pooner is how she refers to other phalloplasty patients as "brothers," like that she heard "one of our brothers" could walk to the hospital from the youth hostel post-op.

Maybe this is sentimental, but I remember when there was a "queer community" that would probably never say the phrase "queer community," as opposed to the modern "queer community" that's just a signal phrase for someone about to yell at you online.

If these pooners really felt like brothers (in the socialist sense), they'd find the one FtM or crusty but gender-hoodwinked lesbian actually living in this city with the fabled Wizard of Dick, and figure out a post-op hand-up plan where there's an accessible spare bedroom, the revolving door of patients contribute to the polycule's food budget, and there's a space on the chore wheel for things you can do sitting down.

"Youth hostel" pooner was the one who could walk post-op. This lady wants to be waited on in a private room, and now she's milking her recovery. Putting aside that they both made the horrible rotdog decision, this illustrates the need for sweat equity for people to feel invested.

I dunno, kids these days. It's the damn phones, I betcha.

She seems like one of those autists who get all of their theoretical knowledge from the internet.

Like her sperging about proteins and wound healing. Which is all good and well until she realizes that real life doesn’t work like that and you can’t just add on protein counters until your HEALTH stat maxes out.

The “brothers” comment is another good example. Yeah sure, you’re all “brothers” on Reddit. But IRL none of them would lift a finger to help each other.

Unlike those old school Marxists you mentioned.

Troon talking about his bleeding experience. (A)

He gets the packing removed from his stinkditch and notices a pool of blood forming in his shower. He called his staff and asked what he should do.
After he goes to ER he realizes he can't urinate and starts bleeding all over the floor again.
He gets 4 bags of blood and continues to hemorrhage for the next 2 days and then needs more blood again.
His stink-ditch has internal bleeding and the grafts may fail while he sits in a pool of his own filth with new packing.
His dick-skin grafts inside his axewound are non-viable and fail.
After being discharged he's now able to dilate and his left scrotum flap is falling off partially.
He's optimistic that the worst is behind him.
No pictures found anywhere.
As always, "good job from surgeon!" asspats thrown in for good measure on these stories.

Surgery Diary: Bleeding Complications Ahoy

I haven’t updated my progress like I planned in a bit because I went through surgical complications starting 4/13 the day after having my packing removed.
I was standing in the shower and looked down and the entire floor was bright red. I called the surgical staff and was told to put pressure on it and if it didn’t stop to call 911. Sadly I started to pass out and the bleeding didn’t stop so we had to call 911. 911 had me go on the floor legs raised which allowed the bleeding to kind of stop. When I get to the ER they examine me and the bleeding is happening on and off. I also can’t pee anymore. The ER staff calls urology to try and recath me but they failed. Thanks to this I start bleeding everywhere again. They quickly move me to trauma ward where I’m bleeding all over the bed and floor. The surgical fellowship on call comes and adds some sutures while urology actually manages to caths me. I lost a lot of blood between the ER and trauma ward. After about 8 hours in the ER I get to go to recovery where they transfuse me with 4 bags of blood. Sadly over the next two nights I continue to hemorrhage hematoma’s. At this point it is Saturday morning and Dr Ting and Horesh make the call to bring me to the OR for exploratory surgery to try and find why I’m still bleeding. Unfortunately Dr Avanessian is on vacation so Dr Horresh will be performing the surgery. Luckily he’s a fantastic surgeon and does a great job. I lose more blood during surgery and I get 2 more bags of blood transfused during this time. They find some internal bleeding in my canal and add 3 stitches. Dr Horesh notes that the hematomas were between the bleed and grafts so the grafts were at risk. I spend the night in the ICU with a kinked catheter because they installed the wound vac wrong and that caused massive bladder pain because I wasn’t being emptied (I had 2L of urine in me), and then spend 1 more night in recovery where the wound vac failed and had to be removed and then I’m discharged. I then had to stew in my own fluids with packing and a compression dressing for 2 days after that before I was able to see Dr Avanessian. Sadly, as she takes my packing out my grafts come with it. She says they’re all nonviable and dead and cuts them out at this point. She tells me it’s unfortunate but should not impact my recovery.
At this point I’m doing pretty well. Dilation is going well (I’m on green) and pain is manageable. I have some separation on my left labia I’m concerned about and I’m concerned for the future of my canal but I’m cautiously optimistic that the worst is behind me. Just figured it’d be good to share my complication story. If anyone has questions I’m happy to answer them.

There's no way this lady hasn't alienated everyone who might be able to provide any help.

Troons seem to struggle with planning. I've seen MTFs with similar tales of post surgery woe.

Christ on a stick this thread fills me with so much inner conflict.

On one hand I want to just laugh as the sick fucks get what they deserve with lifelong health complications but then cases like the Sharky one make me sad as hell knowing just how many good natured people are getting recruited by this cult.

Any updates from the guy who had his feet cut 2 cm shorter?

Of all the egregious examples of self-mutilation in this thread, that one stands out.
He's not doing much but giving advice on weight loss to other troons in hopes of getting surgery before they are banned.
Last time he spoke of his surgery was 4 weeks after his foot shortening which is posted below (A). Previous post is here

Strangely enough he claims the pedos are fake trans even though he claims he knows about a location in Berlin where kids can get molested (A)
