If anything she probably hoped on some level that he would deteriorate more and then kill himself - letting the movie be uplifted by the "tragedy" of what happened.

It's a common practice in media to get rights to a movie/book/etc for really cheap and then sit on it until something tragic happens to the person in question.
Damn you're right. I'm being too optimistic about these people.

I think Cosmo's story could make an interesting documentary for real. A person who was a major factor in speedrunning and streaming becoming a thing, successfully built up a large fanbase, then threw it all away for reasons that are still not totally clear or understood.

I’d argue it was one of the worst things that could have happened to them. Cosmo could have had a normal life as a programmer :/ “fame” led them down this path of suffering.

Yea totally, it's not like the IT crowd has an issue with agps wearing "programmer socks" or something like that.
Pick your poison type situation really.

I just get sad when I think of Cosmo. With other cows I usually can come to terms with their misfortune being their own fault. But it's really sad to see someone ruin themselves steadily for nearly a decade after coping with a breakup and cheating poorly. Your audience just wanted to watch you speedrun games, have fun in your streams, or at the very least have background noise as they do other stuff. They didn't want to watch a never-ending existential crisis unfold.

Good news!

His audience hasn't watched for literal years and he's banned from Twitch - so his downfall is almost exclusively for us here at Kiwi Farms.

Yea he had a niche talent and he was pretty chill to watch. Seemed like a decent dude as well. Apart from obviously being nerdy and a bit childish. Who cares though. Plenty of "artists" have that phenotype. It's nothing bad really.

This dude let some event in life completely break him. Newsflash: it happens to most of us. Doesn't mean you have to start taking estrogen pills and completely go down the looney path. That's his primary mistake. 100% he would of gotten over it in time if he did not fuck with the natural process of going through grief.

Nobody in his life seem to held him accountable and dragged his ass back to reality.

He hasn't changed at all, a literal goblin of misery. The arrogance, the greed, the entitlement and selfishness, the attention seeking. HE MADE TWITCH, and then he uttered one little death threat and the undeserving plebs DARED to ban him, taking away his precious attention supply and they still won't even let him come back! I also can't get over how him and his tranny brigade want companies to be their literal friend and caretaker. "Twitch only cares about viewers and subscriptions!" Yeah it's a fucking video game streaming service not your mommy in e-form you useless tranny fuck.

Kill yourself Cosmo.

No idea why he is focusing so hard on trying to stream back on Twitch. He already nuked his audience years ago and even has the somewhat recent evidence of his post-cosmo streams pulling barely any viewers. How much copium do you have to be huffing to think streaming the new Zelda game would revive your career? There's only going to be about a million other people streaming it.

I seem to recall he did the same thing with the last Smash game - talked it up so much and thought it was gonna be a big thing for him and he'd go hard on the streaming and build an audience up. He said above he has an obsessive mind so I guess that explains why he falls into these traps, but you'd hope after it failing once already he'd learn.

because is the same account as cosmo wright, the one with 100k(?) followers, he just want those back, is better to stream to 50 people (that will dont even know who is "melancholy", less with no cam and the fake ai voice) than the same 3 from his discord, he wants to "start over" but not from the start

He probably misses his old self lol. Before he went down this idiotic road.

Dude was actually liked. Now he's straight lame.

Same. It's high time Adrian answered for her crimes and Cosmo/Narci got some justice. Nobody can turn back time but the suffering and misery would end at least
