Summary of the first part of the (now private) live stream:
  1. It was planned to be a patreon only stream, but they had some technical issues(?) and just hosted it on Youtube openly. There was fuck all viewers, barely over a hundred total the entire time.
  2. Keffals is in Northern Ireland. Asked if they were getting married to EllenFromNow and they said no, they are 'just friends'.
  3. Claims to have chronic pain caused by fibromyalgia, was prescribed percocets and got addicted to them. Mentioned their father dying and how it traumatised him and how he still has nightmares because of it. When their dad died they started using opiates again. Used up all of their dead dads percocets and went on a bender - Even mentioned using heroin too. Quit cold turkey.
  4. Has to stop several times during the stream so they can cry.
  5. Got addicted to cocaine at the start of 2023 that unknown to them (until they had been using it for eight days) was cut with meth.
  6. The fallout from them using 'retard' and all of the general drama got to them so much, that mixed with all the drugs they were already doing they planned to buy a bunch of heroin off the darkweb too and then kill themselves. Some kind of intervention by their friends happened and instead they went to rehab.
  7. Was not specific about rehab, the place they are attending is called Addiction Rehabilitation Toronto. They are still attending 'online' but oddly never said if ever attended in person. When asked what they did there, said they did 'group therapy' and classes on 'dialectical behavior therapy'. Gets a certificate once rehab is completed.
  8. Was on so many benzos they can't remember the first month leading up to going to rehab.
  9. 'Diagnosed' with PTSD
  10. Went through the entire lawsuit with some parts of it redacted (such as their deadname and how much money they make).
  11. Is writing a book.

re: the human rights complaint lawsuit. It's too long to cover entirely but here are reasons why it will probably go nowhere (though I'm no law expert)
  1. On it Keffals says that they have 'no criminal history', yet admitted on this very stream to buying Schedule 1 drugs with what money? Those drugs aint cheap; was any of that 100k they raised used to buy them? What happened to that money actually? Yeah, I'm clutching at straws here a little, but the 'planning to buy drugs off the darknet' thing sounds odd too. It wouldn't surprise me if they actually did buy some from there.
  2. 'They are 'Afraid to even leave their house because of the swatting', yet has posted about leaving the country and even going to Twitchcon etc. ? They are even in Northern Ireland right now.
  3. Wants 125,000 total for relief for financial losses suffered, yet he raised 100,000 dollars (obviously more than he makes in a year) through crowdfunding because of the incident. Where is that mentioned in the lawsuit?
  4. Why was the 'policer officer groping their breast' incident never mentioned until now? It's suspicious.
  5. Well known issues with the events of the swatting ('guns being pointed in my face' etc.). Even their claims of being deadnamed 'audibly' by the police have been denied - The police said they have audio/video evidence for this.
  6. This is minor and I can hear some counter-arguments, but why not go with a bigger lawyer/law firm? His lawyer Justin Anisman only set up his own firm last year. Why not go with someone with more experience?

i wonder if keffals realizes his plan to stay out of trouble will fall apart the second he dares exist outside of his little bubble. its easy to say you wont start trouble or interact with chuds and right wingers or whatever you wanna call them. when you are hiding in a little invite only circle jerk. but what happens when that little club of yours opens its doors?

you cant hide from your enemies forever especially when you have a job that involves being in the public eye. this whole stream has been nothing but excuses nothing he did was his fault its the drugs. but who made the choice to do those drugs in the first place? because i am pretty sure the drugs did not just spawn out of nowhere.
