They probably wouldn't stich it because the skin is actually healed. It would be like try to stitch your finger together. They also don't usually close up the exit area for infected material and pus. A wound like this (depending on the deepness and infection level) would probably be filled with gauze (chris would take antibiotics) and monitored until the raw tissue could be sewn. He will likely have a semi hole there forever unless a plastic surgeon is involved.

Just to expand on this a little for those going "ewww, pus". Pus is a good thing and indicates your immune system is doing its job. An abscess forms when pus has no escape route.

So long as the wound isn't too deep or internal, and properly disinfected and sutured. The worst would be a very bloated (VERY unsightly) scar. It would take months of proper cleaning and maintenance after the stitching in order to heal properly.

Shouldn't be a problem, considering Chris has done his level best to make himself look like a bloated, unsightly scar already.

No. This is something you usually let heal via secondary intention, meaning you let the wound heal on it's own, without the use of sutures or any other closure method. This wound does not appear infected at the time, but deep wounds like this take a long time to heal up. The layers of tissue underneath the skin heal much slower than your skin. Closing the skin before the wound is completely healed almost guarantees a second abscess will form, now that the drainage pathway is sealed off.

This is in probably one of the worst possible areas to have a non-healing wound as others have discussed. Throw in Chris' hygienge and you've got high risk for infection already. These are usually referred to the wound clinic, where a surgeon will follow this long-term. If it doesn't heal or enlarges or has other complications, surgery is generally the definitive answer.

But as to now? Hell no. Too much risk closing up an infection in that cavity.
My response teeters on what I said and what you said. Depending on the severity of the wound would decide the factor of stitches VS natural healing.

My father had intestinal surgery many years ago and the surgeons left a huge hole next to his belly button wide open for months after surgey. The hole had to be cleaned on an hourly basis in order for his body to heal it naturally. My comment was more towards a NON internal wound (more a giant surface split not past the epidermis because chris is fat) compared to an actual deep wound that penetrates all 3 layers of skin past the hypodermis

Your comment is correct, but it's hard to tell on the wound we can't see in person.

EDIT: on your points of Chris's hygiene... no matter what he does, he'd fuck it up somehow.

Exactly. The only reason I keep referring to an infection with chris is because I can't see the entirety of chris taint hole (thank god). The part we can see actually look decent for what it is, but the hole is to deep and too near his scrotum and intestines to not be worrisome.

Oh, there are definitely many things which could go wrong for Chris here even though there's a good chance his usual dumb luck will hold.

One more thing before I go to bed. All of you that thinks he's gonna die over this, is ridiculous. People lose appendages/limbs without medical attention. The only thing OPL is gonna lose is his taint, and even more of his sanity.
I disagree. Your body is weirdly designed to lose limbs. A hole like this which when (not if) gets worse is a direct link for deadly bacteria into chris's torso. That's very different to an amputation. The fact even that the outside of the hole has healed is kind of a bad sign. That means chris is very likely to always have some sort of access point from his most bacteria infested part of his body directly into his blood stream. Chris actually would be better off in a lot of ways if he just straight up cut off his duck.

As grose of a thing as this to say Ii wisb we had more pics to see hiw bad it rely is. To could be anywhere from barely a flesh wound to life threatening

Going on what i've learned about Chris, he will only seek medical treatment if a female, in his physical presence who can see the wound itself, convinces him it is such and not a vagina. And if those stars align, his following through with the required care would also need to be regularly monitored, probably daily.

So yeah, fatty's gonna die from an infected taint hole.

You'd probably be better off playing along with the vagina thing and telling him he needs a doctor to show him how to care for it or it might get ruined.

Just curious, how is your body designed to lose limbs?
Your arteries in your limbs can pretty much collapse and seal themselves after a certain point (hence why tourniquets can save your life but also risk you losing the limb). Unless you puncture the artery in your thigh, if that happens you can bleed out in seconds.

Sorry, that is the most basic way of answering. I didn't go into much detail and I didn't want to write paragraphs.

Edit: Sorry this edit comes 20 mins after my first post but I feel the need to say this.

Tourniquets should only be used in a "life or limb" situation. If you apply one, write the time it was applied next to it (or honestly on the forehead of the patient). Release it every 10 to 15 mins and see if blood flow has stopped. If the artery is still bleeding, reapply the tourniquet and write the new time down. Continue to do so until someone more qualified takes over treatment.

Also if the limb is crushed, do not release the limb (unless it literally just happened). Blood becomes toxic when not circulating and if it is allowed to after a point it will spread throughout the body and will cause serious issues and/or death.

I would like to thank all the medical experts in this thread for chiming in - as disgusting as the situation is, the fact stitches are not the solution and this is indeed a long-term process that never will fully heal is actually quite interesting.

I think someone mentioned earlier that Chris cleaned the un-clit thoroughly before taking the picture. I mean, yeah, it seems a little unlike him, but considering he was looking to impress people about the "paparazzi" crap, he may have wanted to look clean or even...ugh...sexy (ugh) in a way. This makes me think of how awful it must look off-camera. I'm sure that the seriousness or extremity of his flesh wound would be easier to determine--but I don't think any of us want to see that picture.

Perhaps someone could try and convince Chris that he should go to see an OBGYN? (I think you can go to Planned Parenthood). Tell him he needs to make sure his new vag gets checked out right away. That way, he'd get the help he needs AND it would provide some lols.

People are still concerned about Chris's Vag? Seriously, there are war vets with worse pyshical injury's, then a self inflicted botched piercing (yet some of you weens still donate to Chris instead) If you need to white knight, do it for someone that fights for our freedom. Stop sperging over spilled milk. Literally.

Who says you can't do both? It's not like there's this limited amount of worry and it has to be rationed out or whatever. (And for the record, I've never donated to Chris, nor do I plan to.)
