Yeah his career should have slowed down even without the funsters because his books are trash with sub-YA humor and derivative ideas ("X in space!") but those twitter shenanigans might have turned away potential publishers. His literary output has definitely been reduced due to him obsessively battling the stalkers. Which makes the stalkers chivalrous knights fighting a mongoloid dragon that spews rubbish instead of fire.
