Mushroom Cheeseburger Casserole

Original:
>Has multiple strokes because fat Amerimutt genes and cannot stop eating
>Adds in the world's supply of cheese to garnish some horrific supermarket beef and adds in more cheese

Surely his doctor shouldn't see this video because he or she will also have a stroke.

I just realized wings of redemption and boogie are somehow healthier than Jack

How is that even possible
Probably because they don't eat the same shitty slop that Jack cooks regularly, and their weight gain could probably be related to lack of exercise and laziness.

Between the three of them, I believe Jack is more of a glutton with how he sucks at portion control and how he would eat even trash.

I wanted to mention age, but if the date in OP is right (January 29, 2009) and his date of birth I found is right (December 12, 1967) then he was just 41 when he got his first stroke.

So as always it's probably both:
1) diet - pizza, sugary drinks, etc. are unhealthy but Jack's diet probably is even more unhealthy

2) genetics - there's some kind of self-selection with morbidly obese, I'm sure many people die before they get to Boogie's (former and current) size.

I'm over 58 now and it makes me fucking proud that I'm not even by a countrymile near the bad shape Jack is and I'm drinking coffee like other people drink soda and smoke a pack a day.

Fuck the Duck's fake concern. He's a god damned tick just sucking off Jack's content. Anything insightful he could have added is long exhausted, and instead we have grown to hate the duck.

At least the cooks can say specifically what Jack is fucking up, the Duck can't even claim that. He's just a fucking geek gawker.

I’m not a doctor, but I don’t think he has any chances left. His life is permanently ruined and there is no recovering from it. I don’t know, does he? Can he recover from this if the stars were to align?
No. Even if he did everything right from this point forward, he has done enough damage to the point that he can only make his life somewhat better than it is now.

And even then, I don't think he can make it better because he just lacks the ability to do so even if he wanted. All the strokes have slowed him down mentally, and all his physical injuries over the years will make it likely impossible for him to do even basic physical therapy.

Even if he had the willpower and drive to change he just can't do it anymore.

They are both younger and have made more serious attempts to fix their health. Or at least more serious when compared to Jack. They both did some weight loss and training programs in their youth, and both eventually got weight loss surgery. While it ended up being failures for both of them, it probably did have some benefit on their physical health in the long run.

Jack on the other hand has never likely had positive weight loss in his entire life. Any attempt he made to do an exercise program was half-assed and discarded after only a couple of days.

Where's four strokes coming from? I only count three

1. Blames energy drinks. Eleven years ago

2. Blames carbs. Four years ago

3. Blames ____??? Latest
He describes experiencing stroke-like symptoms in this blog entry from 2009.

Boogie is 47 or 48 now? Wings is 10 years younger, but the both of them will start circling the drain with their health problems soon enough. The only real difference between them and Fatty, is they aren't as delusional about their issues. If they both decided to wake up tomorrow and cut the shit, they could make an impact on their lives unlike Fatty, but I doubt they will.

Thank you very much!

It is too my taste, I admit, but I've spent a few years working something that I like. Feel free too cut back on the bitters and the worcestershire sauce if it's not to your taste, it's what I like. I would also recommend to try it as a meat sauce variant, just brown up a pound of sweet or hot italian sausage and add it in a half hour before serving.

If you go with out meat, you can make a double batch of it on the weekend and freeze it up, must like home made stock and use it during the week (but I wouldn't keep it for longer then a month frozen).
I don’t think I’ll cut back the bitters and Worcestershire- the amounts specified in the recipe were perfect in that they kept the flavors very well-balanced. I was able to taste them clearly, and I feel that if I added more of any, it’d have been overpowering. Had I added less, it probably wouldn’t have been strong enough. Like Goldilocks, it was just right.

Making a meat sauce sounds interesting (and I’ll probably try it), but I think it’d be a little too heavy for my liking, since it’s already a hearty sauce as is. However, you pointing that out does have me thinking about the viability of using the bitters/balsamic/vodka combination in a bolognese recipe that I use (that already requires Worcestershire), instead of red wine. Perhaps adding those three at the stage of the cooking process when the wine is typically added might result in something else quite nice.
-Start with mirepoix (I use a brunoise cut). Sauté it down with a mix of OO/butter, 6 minced garlic cloves, and some salt.
-Brown a pound of ground beef. Then add 1 tbsp flour, 2 tsp of beef Better Than Bouillon, 2 tsp Worcestershire, oregano, black pepper, and a container of Pomì Finely Chopped Tomatoes. Then, this is where I’ll add the half glass of a dry red wine.
-Simmer for a 30 minutes on a medium/medium-low heat.

EDIT: Like many sauces, this one also tastes amazing the next day- I saved a little in the fridge after dinner, and tried it with a piece of bread. The flavors get to know each other even more overnight, and it brings out a strength in them that you don’t experience when the sauce is fresh/on the stove. Delizioso.
