Sony hate thread

The rest of your post is spot on, but all the Sonic Genesis soundtracks are GOAT with the exception of Spinball. I’d go so far as to say they don’t even have a bad song, unless there’s something from 3D Blast I don’t remember.
Carnival Night Zone stands out as pretty bad, but more due to composition than hardware. I still like Hilltop Zone but I can't be sure it isn't just nostalgia, it's the twangiest fucking thing. Sonic 2's Super Sonic theme is kinda ass too, sounds like a mess.

I'd have to look at the spinoffs again to say, not much comes to mind immediately.

Nobody reads the plot synopsis for anything anymore, not even Crazy Dave.
He and his paypigs are speculating all sorts of shit the synopsis already confirms/denies, with some even thinking the show will go from a Small Brawl light-hearted tone to a Black tone as episodes progress.

Well why wasn't Jaffe involved? said the normies in his comments.
Because the people making this shit don't care about Twisted Metal. No one in the business knows about, plays, or cares about the products they sell anymore.
This is a D-show with a half-assed TM coat of paint applied. And I'm amazed Jaffe is acting enthused, to the point I suspect he's pulling a Kevin Smith-with-HeMan.

A proper teaser made by people who love the IP they're working on would've made the teaser a monologue narrated by Calypso (bonus points for getting Mel McMurrin to do the role) and instead of the uninspired 'start your engines' would've had a message, flashing in red, asking: Will you drive?.

And lol at Dave thinking the CG fires in the bush are 'battles going on around Anthony Mackie'. Battles are expensive, Dave. Despite the name there will be minimal car combat. Nope, instead you'll have an Anthony Mackie delivery quest riddled with mindless drama about his uninteresting backstory.
The Halo show despite it's budget and production sucked. What chance does this shit have when they even admit it's not about adapting the game to the silver screen, but rather intending to retroactively adapt an IP to a shit idea?

Lastly, That teaser soundtrack sucks balls. Are Rob Zombie, Cirrus, and Skold really charging that much for licensing these days?

It's Twisted Metal, right? I mean, it's something.
Shut up, Dave.

It all depends on the people making it. Look at Cobra Kai.
READ THE FUCKING VIDEO DESCRIPTION FOR FUCK'S SAKE.
The people who made Cobra Kai loved the inspirations that they draw from. The head writers cannot even tell you who drives Grasshopper or what Marcus Kane desires.

You could have 5 seasons of this!
LOLOLOL Anthony Mackie and Samoa Joe are not going to stick around for anything past season 1. You're delusional, David.

Can anybody tell me why Sony Fanboys defend God of War Ragnarok?

You know what fuck it, why are Sonytards even defending Sony games in general? To me there is nothing more gayer than defending a multibillion-dollar corporation like Sony especially when they could give less 2 fucks about you.

I'll defend quality when it shows up, rare as it is recently with Sony. Not to imply that I'm sticking up for Ragnarok - whoever made the decision to turn the series into an over the shoulder hack and slash should be blacklisted for being such a retard.

Also, fuck Sony for killing Days Gone 2.

He can't read because he is an illiterate consoomer

Either way, the fact that this is now 20 years old is both awesome
Back when games had vision, integrity, creativity, FUN. Actual Black representation without being preachy or artificial.

kiwis i am diss-a-point.
This really strikes me as a reaction from someone who wasn't even born yet when the N64 expired.
I was surprised to see so many people hated or had issues with the Nintendo 64 controller. Was never a problem for me as a kid.
it's not like you can't use a fucking emulator... oh wait you can.
also n64 controller was famous for having the stick broken fairly easily and z button getting stuck.
I played very little of one of the earlier GOW's and the shit thrown at the newer ones makes me never want to attempt to get into the series. I mean, I didn't much care for the one I played as I was more into DMC3 at the time.
O button did suffer on GoW, i only noticed that people disliked gow in my local gamerama were the greek mythos fags though, they even had a special controller just for playing og god of war and it didn't have O button paint anymore lol

I never had anything personal against the series, but I thought it was interesting the amount of Greek mythos was injected into it. Only fedora wearing fags would get bent out of shape over that. It's just fiction that doesn't portray it in a negative light.

I held a 64 controller once for Goldeneye and I remember not liking it. I'm sure like with anything, it would become comfortable.

It felt great for Star Fox 64. I played that one so much that it threw me off to play the 3DS version without the original controller.
With games like Mario Kart 64, they were comfortable, but I cannot say the same with something like Goldeneye.

We both know Eraser doesn’t count.
Spinball, as I said, is the one exception. Even then, the Options menu is the only “bad” song, with the rest of the soundtrack at least being okay.
I was looking through the spinoffs' OSTs and forgot how badass Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine's 2-player mode music is:

Anyway, the opening for 3D Blast isn't very good:

The entire rest of the OST is fucking insanely good though, apparently (I never played the Genesis version). Similar situation for Knuckles Chaotix, the whole thing is good/decent aside from one stinker:

Gotta say, it's crazy how few songs were bad among all the Sonic games. The fact only a few can be picked out among dozens of songs across a bunch of games is a testament to the series' music quality.

I think I'm going to be sick. For real. But I'm also not surprised, especially what they did with Sweet Tooth and turned him into a generic ICP juggalo.
what i've noticed in the many endings is that that gay shit started on twisted metal black, sweet tooth was always both the van and the clown.
there was even a werid thing about TM1 FMV's due to women in bikinis and the change in name from high octane to twisted metal.

Maybe on paper. In practice it mostly sounds like shit aside from standouts like Sonic and Streets of Rage. Almost any game that was multiplatform usually sounded better on SNES if you want to see easy examples for direct comparisons. There's a cool YouTube channel called Console Wars that compares them and the difference is usually pretty big.

Even some of the Sonic games have a few wonky songs.

Yup.. Games like LUNAR and LUNAR 2 would have benefited greatly if they ever got out on the system. Still worked out since we got PS1 versions of those legendary games!
