TBH if she got evicted I think she'd have talked about it. A lot of e-beggars talk about toxic landlords evicting them to ham up the "need money URGENTLY" aspect. And she'd be able to play the victim about how her slumlord let her live somewhere that was falling apart, only to kick them to the kerb... I can't see her passing up on that opportunity. I reckon the lease just wasn't renewed, like someone else said (if she's been there six years, she might have just taken it as a given that it would be renewed, hence the apparent suddenness).

Honestly, I doubt she was formally evicted. Her landlord doesn't seem to be the kind of guy to go to court. He probably just told them that he was selling the place, wasn't going to take Section 8 vouchers or just that he was sick of them and wanted them out ASAP.

I just remembered Polissa stating in some of her final tweets that she was leaving the trailer at "the end of the year [last year]." It obviously didn't happen, but maybe Polissa and Joh expressed that they were breaking the lease, and somehow managed to get to stay through the end of the lease when their original plans fell through? Plus being severely untreated ADHD afflicted procrastinators, the end of the lease finally came and they're scrambling to move.

The landlord also appears done with them on top of it. He was never up to fixing things they could've done themselves, be it from age or actually being a slumlord. But can you imagine getting a call from your tenant with the hole in their roof two years later that's her complaining that they now have a hole in their bathroom floor? I'd be done with their shit too. Finish the lease, then bye bitch.

I wish she posted the whole letter, but here is the list of broken appliances that I can make out:

Seriously? 3 washing machines, 2 refrigerators, a deep freeze, a fucking dvd player? I looked up the house on Zillow and it was built in the 40's. I think knob and tube wiring were common then? But that's usually known to cause fires, not electrical surges.

The railing on the porch is missing and it also looks like they replaced railing on the stairs with something bulkier (and shittier, and unpainted). The paint is also missing from the stairs and underneath the porch. It really does look more run down now. The garage is also missing more paint. What the fuck did they do to this place? First pic from this post, second from this post.

The picture from "last July" is actually from April 2013 and the latest is from March 2023. Not making excuses for Pissa because that is far more than 10 years of aging and general wear and tear on the house, but she didn't do it in less than a year.

The post I found it in was from last July, I didn't notice there was a date right there. Good catch.

Polissa claims 6 years. So even if they moved in after the first picture was taken, that's what a house might look like with ten years of abject neglect (and possible destruction of property). I went back and looked at google maps again. There are only 3 pictures of the place in the history, the first being from 2008 and it looked much the same as the 2013 picture (just fuzzier).


The 2013 picture looks like maybe a fresher coat of paint, but it's hard to tell with the terrible picture quality from 2008. But the railing and the stairs are the same, the house looks like it's in decent condition from what I can tell. The five years between 2008 and 2013 are nearly identical, but the screen door was added. The ten years between 2013 and 2023 look more like 30.

It's a shame, it's kind of a cute house. Looks like it had some structural issues even before Pissa though.
I am cautiously optimistic that the move will actually happen. I'm more inclined to believe they'll end up sleeping on mom or grandma's couch or in their car (god imagine the stench) though idk what would happen to the pets in this scenario - definitely not rehomed or given to a shelter, possibly taken out back and done in with rocks? Then she can howl about "look what you made me do! No help came and I had to resort to murder!" Which I think she might enjoy.
