If you're such wonderful people go and work in a soup kitchen, or get a job and throw it towards a charity that does decent work. Sitting there posting "oh noes I don't want much Chrissy to dies " isn't compassion, it's a weak attempt at trying to appear compassionate with the bonus of being able to act self-righteous about it.

I think people are just worried that things are going to escalate due to Chris believing an infection is a magical vagina combined with him being famously naive and stubborn which could stop him going to a doctor until at least things get pretty bad and it causes blood poisoning or some other complication.

As concerning as a wound like that is, I'm fairly certain some event will force him into a hospital situation. Or he'll just die, and he'll have had a better run than the millions of people who were smarter and healthier, and died way younger.

Chris has a potentially life-threatening injury and people keep saying he won't die because he bumbles through whatever harm befalls him. Nah, people have consistently said that this is *potentially* serious. This is not a medical emergency at the moment. It's preferable that Chris sees a doctor, but he doesn't need to be heading to the ER right now.

The reaction Chris got to his revelation almost guarantees that he won't post about any negative changes to the wound, and that is concerning - we just have to hope that he recognises any complications as necessitating medical care. At the end of the day, though, nobody's feelings about this except Chris's are going to influence the outcome.
