Megathread Tranny Sideshows on Social Media - Any small-time spectacle on Reddit, Tumblr, Twitter, Dating Sites, and other social media.

You know, I'm starting to believe that this entire trans movement is a wildly convoluted conspiracy by Epstein regulars (who happen to be rich and influential enough) in an experimental bid to see how far they can go until they have legal access to children (because where will they get their fixes now?)
I've been thinking the same. Could this all just be some twisted social engineering ploy to make the depraved fantasies of the rich and powerful seem normal? That way, they can strut their stuff in public without a care in the world?

A new mod on r/JustUnsubbed's made a trans rights announcement post that got removed by another mod, and apparently got the TRA mod kicked off the mod team, lol. With reddit having pulled the plug on Pushshift's access to their API, we can no longer use tools like unddit and reveddit to see removed or deleted content from anything after May 1st. Yeah, it really sucks. Pushshift was an absolutely indispensable resource for the content I have posted here. I'm pretty devastated about it. Anyway, I was able to find a ghostarchive of the post in question. Screencap is from bing cache:

Reddit revoking Pushshift announcement:

Screenshot_20230502-000144_Chrome.jpg

In other reddit enshitification news, reddit is revoking free access to their API for all third party apps come June.

And imgur in their quest to become the next Photobucket image graveyard is deleting all anonymous image uploads on May 15.

They've recently killed off i.reddit, a bare bones compact way to browse reddit.

Introduced an ugly and less functional post view on mobile web when browsing anonymously.

And downgraded feeds.

As a follow up they explain themselves:
Hey I’m the mod who made this post. To add some perspective, I was added to the mod team when I made my informal mod application “make me mod and I’ll ban a bunch of transphobic posts and losers”

Despite having 0 prior mod experience, to my surprise the head mod sent me a message saying he didn’t want the sub to get banned because of transphobia especially after Reddit had already warned them and threatened them with a ban.

The head mod told me the sub was pretty unmoderated and that he wanted me to crack down on the transphobia. However what I found in the mod logs is that there were active mods such as Wedai and that they were actively removing pro-trans comments and approving anti trans comments and misinformation for months. A couple hours after making that post I was removed from my privileges and permabanned after banning several transphobic users, the exact thing I said I’d do.

The sub is deliberately moderated against trans people. I have seen it with my own eyes.
They linked to this as proof:

Naturally, in the replies, is Bardfinn:
Lately Transphobia on here has been so bad that the reddit admins have stepped in and told this sub to get their shit together or it'll be banned.
START THE CLOCK
They’re so screwed I was literally made mod to clean the sub up and it’s completely impossible
I’ve helped rescue one subreddit before. It required 20 hours a week of dedicated effort for six months to pull it back from being banned. It’s not totally impossible — but when subreddits bring on new mods to tackle one specific problem that’s against SWR1, and then remove the new mods because they’re moderating to the Sitewide Rules — and don’t remove the mods approving targeted harassment and hatred —
Start The Clock
The mods of the subreddit have now provided an update, entitled "Sorry About That":
Here's the deal, the admins want subs moderated consistently. I don't want this place banned either just as I'm sure you don't either. I just want the admins to stay off our back. They reached out because this place was just being run by me, and I couldn't keep up since we hit 200k members. So far, besides this recent stumble with the one mod, things have been pretty chill and we thought things were being handled in good faith. That wasn't the case and that was a wild 8 hours or so.

Honestly, I feel like this place is pretty self sufficient. I've barely interacted over the years because mods tend to be the reason most people leave a subreddit. I think this place will be fine. I think it's good to have a place here to vent about this site. That being said, hate speech and whatnot doesn't fly here and we don't want this place to be an echo chamber for that sort of thing so don't do that.

Anyways, sorry for all that. Carry on.

edit: Not adding any more mods at this time. This is just an announcement.
For transparency, Reddit reached out because moderation queue wasnt being touched. They were gonna add their own mods and take the place over unless I added some. So I did. We made a mistake with one but the rest have been fine. We got bots handling simple things and since we added like 4 real mods it's being handled and now Reddit is leaving us alone. We haven't been receiving warnings regarding content. Just about lack of moderation.
I'm sure the remaining lifespan of /r/justunsubbed can be measured in hours, given the admins have said "suck the girldick or we'll make you suck the girldick" and they effectively bent down to suck the girldick just to punch it in the balls. There's people in that thread who are left wing and are saying open dialogue and discussions are important and - gasp - even suggesting that JK Rowling is reasonable and people calling her a genocidal TERF are unreasonable! Especially now it's on bardfinn's radar, it won't be long.

Oh for fuck's sake, so I'm going to have to use their shitty app instead of one of the free alternatives? And if I wanted to post a photo (not that I use reddit like that), I'd need to have a second account and probably app on imgur? Come back digg, all is forgiven...

Pardon my retardation, but I have something to ask: how long were "sex" and "gender" defined as separate concepts? Was it a recent inception in dictionaries? Or has English always defined them differently in a way that trannies desperately loophole to validate their insanity?
Pretty sure it was only since John Money.

I don't have my citations to hand, but I think gender was more or less exclusively used to refer to grammatical categories, and occasionally used as a euphemism as sex. The idea that sex and gender are different is a relatively new phenomenon - latter half of the 20th century. It wasn't until the DSM-IV in 1994 that it stopped being called "transsexualism" and started being called "gender identity disorder", and given the shrinks would have been on the cutting edge of that particular terminology, it really shows you how recent the concept is (because the word "transsexual" obviously points to there not being an understanding of a different gender identity and sex).

There's probably something interesting to be said about the Sapir–Whorf hypothesis.

Sorry if this has been posted. All I'm getting is: "Gender is a "social construct" so you're free to identify as whatever you want... until it highlights my hypocrisy."

The comparisons always bring out the No True Trans argument and why a man in a wig competing against women is fine, but a man who isn't wearing a wig entering women spaces is different.

u/Merari01, a notoriously hated tranny janny who ruins every sub he touches, tried to weasel his way on the modteam. He quickly deleted. Man, I'm gonna miss pushshift so much. It's gonna make drama like this so much harder to find:

Yeah, the official reddit mobile app has always been garbage. And I doubt they devote any significant effort into improving it despite taking drastic efforts to curtail third party apps.

Now that you mention it, you can add this to my extensive list of recent reddit grievances. You now get this intrusive notification everytime you screenshot a post in the official reddit app, which makes taking long/scrolling screenshots impossible. Only way to disable it is to deny the app storage permissions, which means you'll have to toggle it on and off depending on whether you want to download images or take a screenshot:

Holy cow, that post is hilarious, no wonder they wanted it deleted. Literally every numbered point is made up bullshit.

Yes, it's new as of about the early 1980's. Before then, gender was sometimes a polite or more specific synonym for sex. The distinction was created fairly recently by sociologists and cultural Marxist "philosophers", and it's an extremist idea with no foundation in reality.

No human or animal has ever been "assigned a gender at birth", and there is no such thing as "socially constructed".

How to address my sibling coming out as trans

Hi all, I am a trans man myself and my sibling just came out as trans. I am trying to be supportive but I can't get it out of my mindset that they are just doing it to do it. They've always tried to copy what I do in a sort of "I can do it better" way. They've also came out as other things that they aren't... They said they're polyamorous despite saying they're only interested in monogamy... They sort of pretend to forget everything and say they have short term memory. They even went a year saying they had multiple personalities trying to be edgy. They have three names that they rotate (its their old "personalities" names but they're using it as their new names instead of their "deadname"). Of course I still try to be supportive because I don't know their situation in their head as much as they do... Do you guys have any tips?

I really hope their parents blow right through the inheritance in a blur of sex, drugs and travel.

Such a fucking young feminine trait seething at not being a beautiful and unique snowflake. It's okay king, you're heckin' valid and unique, just like everybody else. 🥺

I know this is a little OT but where the fuck is this energy from the gals when it comes to trannies? Just listen to what she says about the cow with the glasses and it goes perfectly for this tranny shit. Although, can't say I remember seeing a woman presenter this repulsed by trannies on TV. The fuck is the difference?

I was clicking around kind of absentmindedly on Etsy this morning when I came across this true wildebeast of a tranny in the wild:
nocnica.png

He appears to be marrying some sort of proto pooner.
He's a dev (ofc) and lives in (the west coast) Portland.

Some twitter snaps. FB video linking to a podcast.

The guy has such an enormous web presence, you'd have to spend an entire week to archive it.

He's impressively grimy:
