What gets me is Landons amhole, while its certainly one of the more memorable ones I've seen for the sheer ridiculousness of it, isn't even one of the worst, not by a long way, it looks like something a Lovecraft protagonist would encounter in an abandoned tomb, but at least its not visibly rotting or dropping to pieces.
Really Landon lucked out lol, it could have been worse.

God honestly I can’t help but feel sorry for this person. Like, what IS that? How do you improve that?

If I had that between my legs I absolutely would want more surgery - it’s hard to imagine it can get much worse.

Edit: oh my god it got worse. @Mad_Dog congrats that’s the closest I’ve come to gagging on this thread.

I’m going to go against the grain and not comment on the Cronenbergian body horror, but the fact that the urine is so dark. Lil pooner is dehydrated.
