Yes, Tony is always on Twitter. Months ago someone made a chart showing the times of day Tony has tweeted. He's very active from like 6am to 2am, or something equally ridiculous. It looks like, based on that graph, that he sleeps four-six hours a night and then spends the rest of the time on Twitter.

aside from the neglect, no telling what degeneracy hes been exposed to by his dad, and i guess his other new dad....they both act like borderline pedos on a good day, so idk...i hope im wrong, but i also hope someone out there keeps being the eyes and ears for that innocent little boy.

I'd be surprised that he didn't broadcast the failure as "proof of how oppressed we poor widdle trannies are" or whatever, but I would imagine the troons are loathe to let people know the ACLU isn't the infallible titan of progress it presents itself to the world to be. After all, they're the ones pushing pro-trans lawsuits all over the country.

They could, but the article says they won't for a good reason: the session is pretty much over. This was basically a hail mary in hopes of getting a friendly judge to issue an injunction just so Zac could have a triumphant return to the floor before it ended then they could silently drop the case.

Unmentioned is the other good reason: higher courts won't overturn the dismissal.

Basically the centuries old established precedent and principle that Zac wanted overturned works like this: you and your sibling have a fight and your dad issues a ruling on it. You don't get to appeal your dad's ruling to some other dad who can bind your dad because your dad is operating in an exclusive sphere of authority.

Zac (and Tony and Alex and etc.) don't understand this because, well, really, the reasons are too many to list but the main problem is they don't bother to even read about political/legal subjects on Wikipedia let alone better sources.
