Whoever gave him a ride to walmart is likely a state funded transport for disabled/poor people. They give rides once/twice a week to the store and to any medical appointments. It would be covered by chris' tugboat. Also the group home likely has rules where you're allowed out for a few hours a day as long as you're back by curfew. He wouldn't have a 24/7 tard wrangler.

It’s the equivalent to touching the stove too much, even though you were told not to constantly. In Chris’s case, he can play card games while trying not so hard to be anonymous and think that Internet lore will get you far in life.

If we are being realistic Chris hasn't produced much funny content on his own since the troon arc started.
