I've had the same thought regarding surgical procedures. So many troons are obsessed with FFS and SRS when hair transplants would go a much longer way in helping them present as female – look at Zac's developing widow's peak or Kevin Gibes' sixhead. For people who angst so much about getting misgendered, they never seem to consider how male-pattern baldness is one of the most immediately obvious visual giveaways. Plus, Istanbul is a shorter flight than Thailand from most places (though probably not as troon-friendly).
