First of all carbs and sugars are the same thing. When he says "carbs" I'm thinking he means starches as they're literally nothing more than long chains of sugars. Then there's all sorts of sugars like sucrose or table sugar, glucose and fructose which make up sucrose. In fact anything ending in "ose" is a sugar including cellulose. And yes sugar feeds cancer cells but you know what else it feeds? You. Sugar is the main fuel we run on... after it's been converted to ATP. Sugar isn't the enemy. Eating too much of it is the problem.
