Something isn't right, and the best answer is the vaxx since we know how its spike proteins fuck up the immune system and get lodged in parts of the body like the heart.
Not quite accurate.
First, let's start by acknowledging that the Astra-Zeneca and J&J vaccines, which are not mRNA, have caused similar cardiovascular issues, and AZ's were detected the earliest.
Second, we have to also acknowledge that these sudden, very visible cardiac events, have started to grow in intensity in the Omicron era and later.
We know that Omicron has managed to infect basically 90%+ of populations, higher in the cities.
We also know (for now you will have to kinda trust me on this, as the data is not yet public) that the Pfizer vaccine (only had access to this dataset) has near zero impact on a cardiac health metric named HRV, which is great at detecting stress, inflammation and illness - all causing a flareup in the SNS. Meanwhile, even mild, sometimes barely detectable Omicron infections cause a serious, long lasting HRV decrease and SNS flareup, that can take months to recover from. Worse, because of natural immunity is rather short lived, and Omicron is widespread, reinfection occurring every few months/maybe once a year is not uncommon, and the reinfection also produces the same negative HRV impact.
Vaccination can also impact HRV, especially in those that have more severe side effects, but it's far more rare (and smaller in intensity) than the actual infection.
So it's not unreasonable to assume that you will be infected repeatedly, sometimes without even knowing "I caught a cold/came down with something/etc.", and each will take its toll on your cardiovascular health. If you are not actively working to fix that (i.e. sports, sports, sports, fitness, proper nutrition), OR if you are putting heavy stress on your weakened cardiovascular system (professional athlete), there is a chance to trigger one of these events.
To be clear, vaccination won't save you from this, nothing will. And vaccination, if you're one of the unfortunate souls that get an immune overdrive reaction from it, might trigger one too, it's just that the statistically, it's (far) less of a chance than the infection.
