I don't believe at all he got cocaine laced with meth that makes no sense. Drugs like cocaine are cut with cheap powder materials like horse dewormer or baby laxatives in order to bulk up the end product. Spending money on another drug just to bulk it up doesn't make sense. Cocaine and meth are also very different texturally. Cocaine is a powder where meth is a crystal shard type thing. They don't match. Meth also lasts significantly longer than cocaine. Up to 12 hours compared to maybe an hour with coke. If you've done coke before you would know if you accidentally had meth.

He made it up to sound more dramatic and justify his behavior. Mixing coke and meth would just make you feel like you were having a heart attack. The strain on your heart would be miserable.
