Keffals is truly a Twitter addict, he probably hasn't touched his Bluesky account since he got scolded for being a jerk. I'm shocked that he's getting a lot of pushback, hopping in the replies of people being swatted is probably a bad idea because it will remind everyone of the grift.

Everyone in this thread has had a decent amount of empathy for the dead Mod's situation even when making jokes - we're nicer than Keffals!

Reading between lines I picked up that he had fucked kidneys (probably from HRT pills), Lyme disease, plus the Strep-A which as you said, can indeed kill you on its own if it turns into a blood infection.
Yeah, that sucks.

Is Kiwi Farms dead?

I believe DKF ended on September 8th, if you go back exactly 1000 pages to 2200 it takes you to September 4th, So we definitely haven't had another ~950 pages added to Keffals thread since apparently being declared dead and unable to organize

Is the website not stable? Is it Ripbozo? No DDOS protection?

Now to be fair even back then they're talking about how the website might never fully go away but without DDOS protection and with Cloudflares "imminent threat" statement it'll make it nearly impossible for Null.

I am 100% convinced they weren't expecting Null to just ante up and drop KiwiFlare into existence like he did, hell I don't think many members of this site was expecting such a move.
Which probably put a spanner into their plan of just bullying any DDOS protection or host that took on the site (something they managed for awhile) but then with Kiwiflare and Null finding a solid host those plans went to shit.

I'm going to stick to my vow of not mocking a dead person (although I have laughed at some of the memes) but I'm going to say, I did see their Twitter pfp awhile back and think 'That person doesn't look healthy' and I'm not talking mentally, I'm talking physically in bad health.

For the record, with Keffals talking on stream about the suicide plan: If that had happened you know 100% Keffals would've left a note blaming the Farms hoping to then finally get us gone.

I don't want to powerlevel too much but about two months ago an acquaintance of mine died of an infection. I really don't know the details since we weren't close, but he was a young man just starting a family. He was also into hiking and outdoors stuff so some think he maybe caught something in a cave, but it's not certain.

Anyways, this guy I'm talking about fought for his life two weeks in the hospital, he didn't just drop dead like the trannyjanny. Regardless, kiwis: remember to not ignore your body when something is wrong. My acquaintance was 29 and athletic, for Christ's sake. Infections are not a joke.

To continue the power leveling:

I felt like crap one afternoon at work, threw up and everything. Headed to the doc but they couldn't get me in. By then I was feeling fine and thought, I'll just go home, it's no big deal.

Changed my mind and went to urgent care, they immediately sent to me to the er where I was diagnosed with lactic acidosis. A medication I was has that as a very rare side effect. I can never take that medication again without getting my pH off balance.

I was fine after two days of fluids, but if I had gone home instead of to urgent care I could have died.

A friend of mine was bit by a cat and spent 24 hours on iv antibiotics and still almost lost the hand.

Another friend went to the doctor for something minor only to find out she had pneumonia. Walking pneumonia, but still.

But here in the states lots of people don't have health insurance or the money to pay for a routine checkup at the doctor, let alone a emergency room visit that might turn into a hospital stay that will get into the tens of thousands over the course of a couple days.

While I will admit to maybe overreacting now and go to the doctor for any minor thing, including a cold that doesn't clear up in a few days, I can understand those who won't or can't.

Sad as it is, this poor guys story is probably quite common. I imagine that er providers see a lot of cases where the patient just comes in too late to be saved.

The human body is an amazing, complex organism capable of equally amazing feats of survive that feel like miracles from God. It's also equally fragile and vulnerable to minor things destroying us. A lot of that vulnerability is countered by modern medicine, so we as a whole are sheltered from the reality of a quick and painful death for almost no reason, but those deaths still happen.

Go to the doctor frens. You really, truly just never know.

From this video I learned/summary for those unable to suffer Lucas:
-Lucas suffered from "chronic pain issues" & was given Percocet.
-The GP is at fault for not stopping the Percocet prescription. GP said to not tell anyone Lucas was addicted, or else the pills will stop coming.
-Lucas' friend is at fault for showing him how to shoot up, despite Lucas being SO NOBLE, & taking them in when this friend was homeless. This led to addiction to hydromorphone.
-Lucas' ex breaking their fist by punching a brick wall, upon hearing Lucas went to his dealer's house for drugs. Lucas went to the methadone clinic, instead of quitting cold turkey. Lucas "peed in a cup", got his methadone, & went to work. Still in chronic pain, after getting off medication.
-Lucas blames his lack of focus/concentration, not on ADHD anymore, but "fibro fog". Diagnosis of Fibromyalgia qualifies him for Long-term disability. Lack of ability to work, lead him to get into politics, joined Communist Party to find meaning.
-Lucas had silicone breast implants at age 18, when the pain began showing up. In his mid-20's Lucas had them removed. Thinks his breast implants may have been causing the severe chronic pain issues, not fibromyalgia. Still in pain, not as much.
- Was clean until Lucas watched his father die in 2018, this led him to down his dead father's Percocet (several months supply) that were at his mother's house. Lucas was at his mother's because he was helping her deal with the loss.
-Lucas has not had opiates, since.
-After Drop Kiwifarms, & leaving his long-term relationship, Lucas did not want to be alive. End of 2022, Lucas was drinking heavily.
-Start of 2023, Lucas started doing cocaine. Lucas did not realize this cocaine was cut with meth, & did the mixed drugs for 8 days.
-Lucas did not come out as an addict, because he did not want to let people down, or disappoint the people that look up to him. Lucas tried to detox, not go to rehab.
-Lucas says he was going through cocaine withdrawal during Twitter Space, leading him to call right-wingers he was debating "retards".
-Left wingers came at him harder than anything else he had done. Per Lucas, calling someone a retard is not so bad, only person really hurt was Lucas, in this matter.
-Lucas decided to try to commit suicide by cocaine, meth, & benzo-diazepam. Planned to order heroin via the Dark Web, friends stopped him.
-In rehab for 34 days, Addiction Rehabilitation Toronto facility, was diagnosed with PTSD there.
-Blames his lashing out due to PTSD, having constant flashbacks to trauma, was in flight-or-fight for most of 2020. Can now get help.
-Avoided death by cocaine laced with fentanyl
-Still attending online, two weeks remain before being certified clean. Will be better at not doing drugs than people that have never done drugs. Calls this "based".
-Working with therapist to keep moving forward, streaming, does not want to stop. Will avoid vitriol online by outsourcing social media to others, & spend more time off-line, in Belfast.
-Says Ellen is only a friend, Lucas is married to "the grind". Will post content in a more structured way, avoiding triggering material. Will avoid fighting people.
-Mods active banning, avoiding social media to prevent relapses.
-"We are SO back", has really good ideas but keeping them secret.
