He's an African author who wrote a short story about the financial benefits of selling your 7-year-old daughter's "destiny" to rich people who need her "destiny" because... they just require the destiny of 7-year-old girls.
It's getting nominated for many awards. When you sell your daughter's "destiny" to the rich in exchange for cash (to buy expensive watches and luxury cars) your daughter acts like a shell of herself, as if her soul has been taken from her body.

What the fuck is wrong with fatty? I know we normally ask these questions but legitimately this goes beyond schadenfreude or whatever the fuck the rest of us do. Taking joy in the suffering of someone who will be remembered for hundreds of years longer than yourself is the ultimate Pat cope. Ayn Rand had a lot of things working against her and despite that actually HAD bestsellers unlike Fatrick. Her book 'The Fountainhead' was one of the most interesting things I ever read; which I doubt anyone has actually said about 'Into the Black Anus' or whatever the fuck Fatrick wrote.

I think Rand is kinda overhated and I don't love Objectivism, but I think it has more merit than a lot of modern philosophies.
I think Pat's one of those people who never really read Atlas Shrugged or The Fountainhead and just went with the liberal crowd that it's bad.
