Phil’s veiled threats are even less scary than most, because he’s not affiliated with any organisation any more and he’s clearly too fat and retarded to be effective as a terrorist. He couldn’t even be a suicide bomber, because the powerful reek of shit coming off him would drive people out of the blast radius.

I also like “Just a little perspective from someone whose initials are IRA,” like that means anything. He’s not a member of the IRA, he has no IRA background, he’s never been involved in any paramilitary activity, he’s never even won a fight, he just chose a name that happens to have those initials. This is even less impressive than that period when he kept “dreaming about” bashing the fash. Or when he claimed his imaginary friend Xochi was fighting them.

I bet he shat himself with excitement when he realised those were his initials, which happened shortly before he made that post.

What makes a tough guy?
  • They're not afraid of attention on the Internet. In fact, they welcome it! Despite having totally real and successful careers, they have plenty of time to put down losers on Twitter.
  • Every L is a W. Actually, they never lose. They're too tough to lose. You thought something was humiliating to them? Wrong again, stalker.
  • Mess with the lolbull, get the lolhorns. These tough guys are going to get people put in cyberjail. Talking online? That's a felony, child. Enjoy prison!
I am looking for people who a lot of time arguing with their critics, especially with overt physical or judicial threats.

Phil does not seek out attention on the internet; he was laser focused on Chris-Chan, ED, us, and Andy Ngo. He doesn't bickers with his supposed enemies, and he is too ashamed by how he looks to seek out confrontation. A better candidate for the Tough Guy board is Rhys McKinnon, but he stays here too.

I think he is, to some extent, aware that he never wins arguments. There is a part of him that knows that even when firing on all cylinders, his brain just isn’t powerful enough to keep up with his enemies. I mean, I don’t think he’s knows quite how retarded he is, or he wouldn’t post at all. But experience has taught him that he makes a fool of himself when he engages, so he just fires out “hot takes” and pretends he’s winning.

Phil might have been an ITG at one point, but he’s not slinging his weight around anymore. Not like he used to, not like certified ITGs do. Spergy tweets aren’t enough, especially since he keeps going private. ITGs don’t know when to go private.
