Well from seeing wings hit the bag vs Boogie hitting the bag I would say it's pretty obvious that wings not only has more power but technique as well but the lack of cardio is what is going to kill wings he can't even hit the bag for more than 2 minutes that isn't including head or foot movement but to be fair I'm sure Boogie is in the same boat.
