Complete androgen insensitivity syndrome means you develop like a woman. All the testosterone knocking around that cannot get used in any way by the body gets converted into oestrogen. This has impacts on how the bones develop.

CAIS women
I think there might be slight differences in skeletal structure when babies are born, but a lot of the skeletal differences develop over time with exposure to hormones (when archaeologists are looking at child skeletons, they have to really look at things like the sciatic notch if they're attempting to ID sex through osteology). CAIS women tend to be tall for women with long legs (but not like, giant amazon height) and there were some very leery studies written on how they tend to be (in the words of 1960s scientists) "voluptuously feminine". I imagine troons cope and seethe that child transitioners do not get the same outcomes as CAIS women, who basically seem like conventional women except with the misfortune of no uterus and having some pre-cancerous tumours where their ovaries should be.

N.B. this is only for CAIS. Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome is a spectrum disorder, ranging from very obviously male with a small dick and a bit of boob growth to this. Plenty of partial androgen insensitivity women struggle with masculinisation, so if the skeleton was that the cavemen might have thought it was a fucked up man or a fucked up woman, but I'm not sure cavemen would have really understood much beyond that.

Lack of class. That's another way to clock them. Women, generally, are prudish, so the concept of divulging sexual content in the most banal of situations is mostly unheard of. Googling him you can tell by the male legs and knees in full body shots. But that's knowing he's a troon from the outset - if I saw him standing between female models I'd probably not notice at all, since being lanky and a bit uncanny looking is what they are selected for. So fair play to him, and for making a career for himself instead of being on twitter 24/7, top 1% of troons for sure! I do wonder how he will look aging though, since he's only 21.

When possible, every trick in the book is used to make them appear passable, in the exact same way fat women pretend they aren't landwhales. Angles, lighting, high levels of makeup and contour, posing, filters, and after effects added to images to make you think, yeah, this looks reasonable. In this day and age we all know what kind of magic can be done to make someone look completely different than real life. It's a mistake to try to gauge someone as unclockable or passable based on how they have chosen to show themselves under controlled scenarios. Hell, just look at the first few pages of the Blaire White thread to see all the people talking about how "she" actually looks really good, and looks like a woman, and is one of the good trannies who pass so well. Then come back and look at a candid image, and realize just how poorly ALL trannies pass in real life.
