I tried searching this thread but couldn't find any mention of these two, which surprised me. Here's two starlets with naturally chubby cheeks who seem to have recently ruined their faces with buccal fat removal.

She never had chubby cheeks. In the older photos you can see she has defined cheekbone. In all the bottom photos she has this open mouth while sucking in her cheeks expression. It might also be that she lost weight or lost the baby fat from age. Or maybe you're right and she had surgery.
Dunno why she always makes this ditzy vacant expression for the camera. Girl, close your mouth.

She has had buccal fat removed and checkbone implants. You can't suck your cheeks in while your mouth is open. Shame since she wasn't unattractive before.
It was discussed a while back but Zac Efron has very clearly had round upon round of plastic surgeries. He hardly looks like the same person. He (reportedly) slipped and smashed his jaw on a counter or something and required surgery for that, perhaps it made him look wonky and he tried to fix it. idk.

Again look at the photos. Her mouth is open and she is using the tongue to block the air. you can literally see it. Mimim that expression. Maybe she did have surgery but if you do whatever that expression is your face will look longer and your cheeks will be hollowed.

You can do that to make your cheeks look a bit slimmer and your face longer but the result is minimal. Here's a photo with her mouth closed where you can see the dimples from fat removal. She's gone on record for years saying she's insecure about her appearance. The nose job is inarguable, I'd say the cheekbone implants and buccal fat removal are too.

. Still not sure about the fat removal but those cheekbones look too big. I think its weird that she was insecure about her appearance. She has a very striking looking face, looked better before but still looks good now. If you put a face under the microscope you're going to find something that can be "improved" but in reality you're just going to make it worse. Anyway death to plastic butchers taking advantage of people's insecurities.

That might be true and it might also be a cynical publisher tactic to get people to hype her looks online and praise her beauty. Insecurity is a strength now. Or it can be both of those things at once.

Not weird at all, her eyes are too far apart and she has that retard blobfish look. I don't remember what those kids were named, but they were a big talking point in the braindead babys thread here. She looks similar too them.
Not trying to shame her, and I do really feel for her. As you can't change massively deformed eye socket location. It's more the parents that should take the hit, as it's straight up abuse to bring up a deformed child. Of course they're going to notice they're deformed and be insecure about it.

Her face is too narrow, that's her problem. Her eyes are fine, but her face is too narrow and the open mouth poses just exacerbate the issue. A face should be five eye widths wide, and hers is about four-and-a-half. The space between her eyes is one eye width, which is pretty much exactly the proportion you want. If she's really insecure about it, she should just wear her hair down to better frame her face and hide how narrow it is. And keep her mouth shut.
Plastic surgery is totally unwarranted. She's like a 7.5 at worst, and that's if I'm being really autistic about her looks. I'd say she looks better than Gal Godot, but that might be my bias against shitty acting cutting in. And social media cringe.

True, her face is unique and probably why she has the roles she's gotten. She's got a sort of ethereal look, very elfin really, way more than any of the elves in that Amazon LOTR fiasco did. Not a lot of those types in Hollywood these days. In fact, just looking at her pics in this thread, she's actually a better fit for Daenerys than Emilia Clarke was (doesn't need the wig either), but I doubt even HBO would allow a 14 year old actress to shoot nude scenes, even if that is more book accurate. From what I recall from "Split", she's a better actress too. Clarke's acting is mostly just wriggling eyebrows.
