@The Big O described well and they're always the worst offenders at furcons nowadays. Like the two guys dry humping in the FWA lobby to the naked dancer at Fur Equinox, they all shared the common thing of being pup play fags. It's too late now since the furry doesn't gatekeep and it's infected a bunch of furs. You can't go a day now at a furcon without seeing a bunch of pup play masks, all sharing the same blue color for some odd reason and making autistic noises. There was a video a few pages back of people howling at Texas Furry Fiesta which was a pup play gathering, while they all get around on all fours.

My personal interactions and friends with these obnoxious fucks is them ALWAYS being creeps with inappropriate touching (one of them randomly started rubbing a friend's hand in the lobby) and saying vulgar (after the complete stranger pupfag rubbed my friend's hand, he said he should fuck him in the ass bareback). They're more narcissistic than your average furfag and do not care for others well-being or property since I've seen these pupfags wear their masks in public places, and furries defend it saying it's their "security blanket." Avoid them at all costs, they are mentally ill and some are actually dangerous.

First few that come to mind are BDSM/pup furries, zoophile furries (general furry population says they're not accepted, but come on, they are) diaper/fetish/porn furries, political furries (far left, far right) fantasy furries (like LARPers or DND players) ""regular"" furries, and the 12 year old kids who draw wolves and cats on the margins of their homework; there's probably way more but they're most likely just subcategories of the rest. The first to split are probably going to either the pups or 12 year olds, and the 12 year olds will call it some bullshit like "furrycore"

My guess is the literal interpretation, and they were screaming it because they think that if they let the cops know they are an autist, the cops will go easy on them and they will be able to get away with anything because progressives seem think that having any sort of mental issue is a get out of jail free card for having a violent public meltdown, and cops shouldn't restrain or tase an autist under any circumstances.
