Just observing the completely polar opposite reaction to each event is telling. For what it's worth I do believe that if it were the Nashville PD's choice, they would release it, as they have been quite transparent about this situation. They released the bodycam footage the next day. The feds are almost certainly behind the effort to keep it held back until they can turn it into 20 pages of black bars, or dig around and see if maybe Audrey Hale drew a swastika when she was six years old or something.

Seen it done with teleporters too, so halfway up a stairwell you teleport and keep going up the "same" stairwell to the "2nd floor." So if you have like a courtyard, you build it twice with both the 1st and 2nd floor, so from the "2nd floor" youre still looking down on the "same" courtyard.
