There are anecdotes from creators where even deleting and reuploading the same video (to, say, fix a mistake) is still bad for the algorithm. So deleting it without reuploading is definitely worse.

I just watched the Leafy video, it turns out it's not just an edited version of the livestream but actually original content made specifically for the video.
In it Keffals claims:

1. to not care about ratios
2. Sneako cucked Leafy by not going on his stream (Sneako did join the stream but at Sneakos regular streaming time which was around 2 hours later than what Leafy was expecting).
3. Signs off the video by using Leafy's real name, Calvin, which is kind of weird.
