Bowser probably claims all those things as a cope. Mainly because he never wishes to be actively guilty of sexual battery. Until we have the full details about the event from the victim herself. Which I believe it's a matter of when not if. This is speculation, but........ I think this is a more likely way of how things went about.
The details are similar but the change is that bowser is well aware of the fact the girl was underaged, he's also very conscious of what he does.
Since he's gullible he probably thought that a girl being nice to him was her having a crush on him, he also probably was very handsy too with all the other girls in the movie theater hence why he felt like a super star going to work. What probably took place was the he was trying to see what kind of touches he could get away with. He probably planned it out to look like a accident but I seriously cannot give that guy that type of credit seeing how fucking dumb he his. So he wanted to cop a feel of the breast and he thought he could genuinely get away with it. Again this is summarized from what the abuser has to say from his side of the story which is already been in question since the beginning. Again the story could be completely different once the victim says her piece. But I genuinely have a good hunch that Earl Dube purposefully touched the breast of a 17 year old girl and with all things in life he creates a fantasy where he's the victim of circumstance. As with everything that earl's claimed, the details against them will pile up and the truth will be forced to come out. Earl will have to again make a fantasy where he's blameless, and the cycle will continue.

It's not entirely unreasonable to grope a boob on accident. I've done it, and I've had it happen to me.
