Although they refer to the site as "snipe farms" as well, which sounds cool but a snipe is also a type of bird. So apparently any type of small bird with a long beak works.

They also call it sandwich farms, the only thing that has in common is that Sandwich, Sandpipe, and Snipe all start with an S.

I don't know what kind of arcane algorithm these chinky translators are using but they're clearly far beyond Western understanding.
