Listening to that clip and as a potatonigger, I think he might also be one, too. There's a lot of people here who have bastardised Hiberno-American accents from watching a lot of American media at a young age. Might be wrong; a lot of Dutch people also have very Americanised accents, but the Dutch would be a lot stronger than it is in that clip.
