All this, and Nick tried to blame people going after him or his business on KF (who he previously considered powerless) without proof. No one here needs to antagonize Nick as he is creating more than enough problems (and detractors) on his own.

Nick himself is the biggest detriment to his brand, and his attempts to shift to his area of interest (cooming) instead of an area of expertise (law?) is set to make the transition as uncomfortable as possible. The physical changes he has undergone are also unflattering/concerning and are related to his poor life choices.
