Those are fair points but there are two main things to take away from Trump. One was that his administration had pretty much everyone, even his party against him down to his vp Pence so his ineffectiveness could be attributed to that. The other simply that the mere utterances of Trump is enough to make the staunchest liberals shiver in fear. That kind of conditional response is pretty funny.
