And Harley knows this as he defends the legal letter as well as the contract by stating business needs to be done clearly and without ambiguity, but once again when it favors him he states it's clear as day that Ian saying Froggy can train with Sam meant without a shadow of a doubt that it's forbidden to train with Sam.No, that's not how people do business.
That's something that's very gay about all this, Ian and others always say they're not about giving warnings but his text exchange with Froggy shows how they authorized him to work with Sam in a very unambiguous way.
I also don't get why some get caught up on Froggy saying Sam is a great comedian, that's just his opinion and Sam has done a lot memorable stuff. I don't think he's the greatest of all time, but I wouldn't fault anyone for saying so as he's one of the more memorable people.Edit: This also reminds me of something I've been puzzled about for a while. One of Icuck's complains was that Froggy was retweeting Sam and calling him the best comedian of our times and how bad and naughty that was. Yet I'm pretty sure Froggy has been doing that for a while, before CC2. So how did such wrong thunk get past the Mature Anisa and Ian? Could it be the two chucklefucks couldn't even take 30 minutes to vet their contestants by going through their twitter times for the past few months? Much wow, very professional!
The "Tweets are content" is also bullshit. Most people won't consider tweeting content as many people tweet random nonsense all the time that's just on their mind and is treated as such. You can make the argument that was also forbidden, but they should have specified that clearly right, and if I was in Froggy's shoes, I'd have assumed it meant produced content, not random Tweets or posts on sites like Reddit. The same way I don't think my posts on here are content, while if I ran a blogging site or newsletter, my posts there would be content as it's presented as such.
