interviewed Chibi and it went about as well as you'd expect.
Edit: listening to it now, some takeaways
-holy shit, his lisp is grating.
-easy questions to start, of course leading to Chibi going on tangents about himself/cosplay/Japan
-"even though my Japanese isn't that great" nigga you've put 10 minutes of effort into it max, chill.
-on the colossalcon incident; I have body dysmorphia, body image issues sperging, they asked for it blah blah, it's not my fault but I'm sorry blah blah blah.
-admits to having a literal dick measuring contest with his tard group in Japan, felt self conscious his was smaller LOL
-the nightclub/holding phone hostage incident: Immediately begins his defense by saying she complained about her boyfriend being shitty, and how he manipulated her into breaking it off and fell under the pretense she did.
Wines about her "lying" about them being broken up when the bf shows up and she wants to leave with him and "making him feel like crap". Completely avoids the meat of the question and rambles about how bad she made him feel and how
he left his "cosplay makeup" at her place too.
-on magnet therapy: likens it to a mild form of shock therapy, real salesman there. Got there late cause he's too retarded to schedule things properly so he slammed his fists on the counter hard enough to shake objects
off it while yelling "dammit!" like an anime character and was completely dumbfounded when it resulted in his banishment.
-yada yada Japan sperging. He's really really gonna do it this time guys, and because he spent two whole weeks there he knows he can pull it off.
-the banana question: starts off parroting woke sex positive shit, tries to save face by saying he'd only do it with someone "special" and lecturing on the dangers of eating bananas out of cunts. "next question!"
-religion: retcons the fact he never gave a shit to begin with, now claiming he dropped it because of his "bisexuality., sidestepping by going on a tangent about a likely fictional relative being mistreated for being bi and how terribly evil it was.
-on the speedrun cheating/pedo allegations: wah wah I didn't know better, I always got consent, its not my fault, I take accountability but its still not my fault somehow wah wah wah
-not a brony, but praises the design/voice acting, enjoyed the show, goes on a tangent about how great it is even naming his favorite character, but still isn't a brony. Yeah okay.
-osakacon drama:/some other gay con: quickly admits the L thing was cringe, quickly goes on another tangent about being staff at some other con and brags about meeting and being facebook friends with some animu VA
-more referencing the Chibi cycle (he definitely reads his thread), I'm gonna do better yada yada
-interviewer takes a break and Chibi immediately fixates on the chat and starts rambling to himself about how he's a better person and going to change
That's all I can take for now, but I left out a lot of shit, this interview is a goldmine if you're into Chibi antics. Big Al just burst in as I was pausing it too so I'm sure it only gets better.
