There were so much great moments in these 42 days that weren't clipped because something equally interesting was going on in another room at the same time. It would be a shame if some of that stuff was gone forever.

I'm working on getting all the archives. Not sure where to upload the torrent when I'm done, but I'm happy to share if you have a suggestion.

I can only speak for myself but I did treat it almost like a second job sometimes to keep up with it, however I paid for the archives and downloaded them so I could zip through the day and hit the highlights, skipping the fluff.
Kiwifarms was a big help for keeping up since sometimes downtime was important due to what they were talking about.

For those who want me to make a torrent, my internet is so bad I think another will pop up before mine got anywhere. If one doesn't pop up in a reasonable time I will reconsider.

you're asking this question on 1200+ page thread where all types of retards, autists, and degenerates congregated to watch, discuss, criticize and shitpost about the show together for over a month.

It's safe to say you missed the moment.

To give you a serious-ish answer though, It wasn't about watching 24/7 or hoping for something to happen. It was about rooting for and against whichever fish tripped your trigger and having other people point out things you might have missed. It was almost like a big online sportsball game with friendly rivalries between the teams/fans.

It was a great way to kill time. It helped me get through many boring days at work. There were also some genuinely funny shit that happened and I'm glad I caught live. Obviously, watching 24/7 isn't advised, and even under the best circumstances, there's no way this would ever be entertaining 24/7. Anyone thinking otherwise is clueless about how people work. The project itself was interesting, even with the fuckups it was cool to see someone try a new idea and see how it played out in real time.

Watching TV shows with friends used to be a normal way to hang out, but these days people don't really do that anymore. Watching fish tank and sperging about it in this thread felt a lot like watching TV or movies with friends when I was a teenager. Very nostalgic... I had a blast.

The file format doesnt even let you fast forward or rewind without converting it to webm or mp4. All file organization and timestamps are nonsense and random bedrooms are in the wrong folder.

I hope for season 2 they don't coddle contestants as much as they did with Josie. She won the final 3 days of challenges fair and square, i'll give her that, but she was truly rarely fucked with by the crew and I feel like if they did fuck with her as much as Letty or most of the other members, she wouldn't have made it to the finals. The crew truly gave her a lot of slack and passes over torture.

I think Josie is a little too autistic to the point where they would have felt bad for putting her into situations that were too stressful. Seems like putting the most freakishly weird people you can find in a house together for 6 weeks is a real minefield to navigate, and having to go soft on Josie was just one part of it. Jon being too volatile, Simmons being a pedophile, Mauro being a belligerent drunk, and Josie being so severely autistic that the production was probably afraid to go too hard or else she'd have a breakdown or something, and no one wanted to see that. It'd probably be better to avoid getting someone so severely autistic next time, but I guess that's kinda the whole point of the show.

The footage is rough and incomplete with improper file metadata that lacks video length so most media players and editors struggle with it.
B3 and B4 are swapped but they left it like that so it's just something to keep in mind, the timestamps that matter are in the filename and accurate in my experience. I've used them a lot to catch up on and review events.

The fact that they paid her like $1k to fuck chris and she spent the whole time talking to him and saying she feels "too much of a connection" to do what she usually does after seeing his shit crusted ass means sam and the gang got scammed.
Like yeah no one would want to fuck chris but she chose to take the extra $200 to stay for another hour.
They paid Chip like $200 and Warren got less than that, there's no way they would pay some random chick almost $1000 to say she's a hooker for a couple hours.

(NOTE: At no point did I expect Chris to actually be able to have sex. I expected her to spend like 10 minutes trying to find his dick and give up.)

Just caught up on 3 days of events. I happened to randomly tune it at 19:55 FTT to see that Josie won. Pretty much missed everything once they got locked together. Thanks to everyone who clipped for people like me, and for everyone in the thread. It's been very interesting. Looking forward to S2 and the chopped and screwed S1 remix I spent my $40 on. S2 needs to also be featured for people like me who don't follow Sam Hyde.
