At one point last year, when we were knee-deep in piecing together Tony’s history, I did sort of feel sorry for him.

I think it was a case of: “Man, if he could just give up this clout-chasing and appreciate the things he has, he would be a lot happier.”

But a year of really watching Tony has made me think that he is truly incapable of reflection and self-awareness. And this latest version of Tony involved him fucking up his endocrine system, having a man carve a cavity where his dick used to be, and being very loudly, very publicly, very aggressively mentally ill.
