I can see one update on Kim's Facebook: I think I remember someone saying that she'd changed up her privacy settings, and there's very little to see from a public view. I once had a doctor describe someone as 'syndromy' to me. That's what some doctors call it when they see someone with obvious signs of genetic damage, but they maybe do not fall into a concrete definition of one of the diagnosible syndromes and conditions. I think about that a lot when I look at pictures in this thread (and other threads).
