Oh yes of course he still was a terrible man and did unimaginable things..even if his targets were mostly gay niggers (not from outer space) but in the years leading up to his death the man seemed to be showing remorse for his actions, even becoming born again and a man of christ. A far cry from the planned altar to himself he wanted to make with candles and skulls, and the sexual deviancy he practiced as a morally depraved fag.
Compare that to kevin..or any one of the people he's retweeted in the last few days. These people? I doubt they'll ever have am awakening that'll make them realize "oh hell we fucked up big tune what are doing with our lives?''
Oh for fuck's sake, Stephanie. Dahmer was not remorseful, not a man aligned with God or "of Christ." If God has a job for him cleaning latrines or shoveling coal for eternity, great, but that doesn't mean it's all cool on earth. No one should have to say this. If you are actually putting a pointless, self-involved, frivolous wastoid on a plane with Jeffrey fucking Dahmer, you are lost.
Definitely worth considering but in the end it's not our place to determine if the man was a liar or truly felt even a shred of guilt for what he did.
Sure it is. Assessment isn't judgment (I'm assuming you're taking the angle that "only God can truly judge," which also isn't true; man pronounces judgment - legal and moral - on people every single day) (and there's plenty of it in your comments re Kevin (and gays in general, plus of course trans)).
On the contrary; it is completely reasonable to say, "that person was a terrible person, lived a terrible life, and did terrible things, and I do not buy 99% of jailhouse conversions of marked men in prison; moreover, even if, having run out of outlets for his preferred behavior, he did ever (press X) regret or feel truly sorry for the horrific acts (and thoughts preceding them), his bad will always and forevermore outweigh any simple "aw, gee, sorry" by multiples I don't even have words for. Further, it is certainly possible - and reasonable - to assess that someone who would live for years dehumanizing (literally!) other people (trusting and/or vulnerable people) in every way, shape, and form is not capable of true rehabilitation or such a radical rethinking of himself vis-à-vis others or the world in general as would be required to have sincere guilt or regret. What, if anything, is his fate after death, on earth he was not merely a monster, but a monster of rare individual achievement. The worst of the worst. It is utterly puerile (the kindest word I can come up with) to connect dots between Jeffrey Dahmer and whatever inane or hedonistic creed Kevin lives by.
Cannot believe this is anyone's actual perspective.
