I think I'm slightly delerious due to states of illness secondary to a now-longish-running chest infection, I've been imagining Haselgrove castigating me for various non-existent, and a few existent, slights, usually in the form of her voice angrily admonishing me, and the department of forensic psychiatry laughing at my thoughts and even my internal dialogue. I'm aware these are not real, but I've been plagued by these and other thoughts. That's probably where the BS about 'psychic pangs' came from yesterday as well.

If I'm to be honest this is the closest thing I have coming to a 'conscience' and I feel bad to the point of suicidality, tbh, about what I'd actually done, so I hope it does kill me.

No, fellows, this failed Asian ret@ard is just dumbfounded at my honest indifference. He was hoping I would feel far more dismayed than I actually am about his inability to insult me properly.
