Nora thinks he's pathetic because he gets paid real money for his work online and he pays his own bills. To someone who makes a couple hundred bucks of hipster welfare to populate derivative bots and lives off her daddy's largesse, Milo seems like a pathetic rube. Doesn't he know that parents exist to leech off of and that creating wholly new written projects every week is too much work? Surely he can find a way to coast through life like Nora does.
Also, Nora? We all know that donut pic is several years old. You've put on a lot of weight in a short period of time. You live a very inactive life due to innate laziness and because living in a benzo haze makes it hard to plan and cook healthy meals and exercise. But that aside, you're way thinner in that pic than you are now and it's clear it's old. I myself see no harm in menacing donuts before you eat them. I'd love it if you would recreate this picture today except instead you should yell at tacos while wearing a side-slashed concert tee so we know which part of your binary likes Tex-Mex.

There is going to come a point - likely years from now, but, for the most part, inevitable - where Nora has to accept that her "bot making job" on Twitter isn't capable of providing a living wage, and she is forced, kicking and screaming, to get an actual job. She's going to have to support herself because you can't fucking live off a pittance and even if she has SSDI (which I suspect is the case, given how nonfunctional Nora is), that only solves one of her problems.
Social Justice is already at the point where it's tearing itself apart, its mouthpieces moving on to the next big con whilst derps like Nora are left holding the blame for its worst offenses. Almost everyone online has seen someplace they care about utterly infested by these miserable shits, knows someone who fucking lost their mind due to conversing with said miserable shits, or is familiar with a giant burning train-wreck that the entire ideology led to. And because these people never were a majority, they're going to have to face the most bitter, unpleasant of truths:

I just saw a bunch of legit disabled wheelchair bound kids out playing PoGo. Old people, young people, bros, neckbeards, hipsters, people of every race and color imaginable, it seems like half of humanity is out enjoying the summer weather and playing Pokemon on their phones.
Except for Nora. Nora sits inside, complains, and misses out. She seems to miss out on a lot tbh. Sitting and watching the days go by, and the world move on without her. Living, mentally, in a tomb.
