I think Jill also wouldn't watch because a kid might tell on her and if it gets out she watched it, it would negatively impact her social standing. Jill is a low status person within her own subculture, and at least one reason for that her overt engagement of mainstream culture.

Oh I'm sure IBLP heads up are already telling followers to not watch it because it's satanic and ungodly or w/e their favorite buzzwords are (READ: could cause some people to realize they're in a cult and GTFO). I doubt Jill will watch the whole thing, but she's narcissistic enough that I could see her watching the bit with her jumpscare.

I guess what I'm getting at is I wouldn't be surprised if she makes a vaguepost seething about evil worldly media spreading lies about her or something within the next couple weeks.

On the subject of the documentary, Paul and Morgan Olliges, who are frequently featured on the Fundie Snark subreddit, appeared in the documentary and were displeased at how they were portrayed. They consider themselves "Christian influencers" and are every bit as intolerable as any influencer. Anyway, they say that the producers told them that they were being interviewed to provide balance and such, but, unsurprisingly, they feel that they didn't come out looking good and are upset about how they were depicted.

So that's at least some buzz that's happening in the fundie world. I can't quite see Jill settling down to watch Amazon Prime, but I guess you never know.

I've finally just caught up with this thread so forgive me for this late addition to the Tim's girlfriend conversation, but every time I see her I'm reminded of that poor kid in the Tard Baby thread that had the massive, horrifying facial deformities that included a lipless grimace full of teeth. It's almost as if, had she been normal, she would have looked like (Heidi?) or whatever.

I haven't been taking screenshots, but Jill went to a Plexus conference/gathering in Nashville. There was bad makeup and manic grinning. Her Plexus team is called "Sparkling Jewels of Faith," which is a mouthful. There's been a lot of content related to Plexus and her team because of that; guess it's at the forefront of her mind.

Heidi (Timmy's girlfriend) appears to be wearing a promise ring-- there's a ring on the ring finger of her left hand, but there hasn't been an official engagement announcement. Jill announces pregnancies and engagements the split second they happen, so it's safe to assume we'll hear the news as soon as it happens.

Renee turned 21. For her big day, she got a tray of snack cakes with candles stuck in them. Gabe also had a birthday. His "cake" was candles stuck in a very small container of pudding.

Jill posted something that may (or may not) have been about the Duggar documentary. She indicated that, if you feel abused, it's probably due to something inside of you. She had a lot to say about the "carnal mind" and how the devil and sin mess with your perceptions. Reddit felt that this was an allusion to the Duggar documentary. I'm honestly not sure; it could have just been Jill being Jill and making a blanket statement based on the scripture she cites.

I can go back and grab screenshots (which I will have to steal from Reddit) if there's interest, but she's really had a lot of Plexus-related content. From the looks of things, an engagement announcement is on the horizon and will be the next big news from this crew.

There was some theorising about the Kaylee pregnancy at the beginning of this year. It was re. whether it was the result of pre-marital sex, as she had a noticeable bump at '8 weeks'. So we might expect an 'early' baby any day now. Or maybe more like September-time, if they waited until the wedding night in a godly fashion.

Come to think of it, there hasn't really been a lot of Kaylee content on Jill's page lately. I recall Nurie being subjected to a combo bump-and-foot-fetish beach photoshoot in late pregnancy. Hopefully she's doing fine and her mother is just distracted by plexus.

It's strongly suspected that Kaylee is the scapegoat to Nurie's golden child, so lack of fawning content, even with her being much closer geographically isn't too surprising.

Also Olivia (the young one that looks most like a Victorian ghost child) seems to be MIA in Jills most recent family outing with sad pizza "party." Has the consumption and ague finally caught up? Or was she just forgotten at a rest stop like the dog?

Hoping Kaylee has told Jill to GTFO and leave her alone while she and her husband get ready for the baby. Maybe they saw how Jill treated Nurie and refuse to allow that?

Hope any future Rod girls that get pregnant do the same thing. Jill dragging an injured, newly post-partum Nurie and her newborn all over creation was one of the more horrifying things Jill has done (and could've ended very badly).
